Food is expensive, and took about 45 min, for four toast. Also they mixed ist up and brought the wrong meal

A regular customer used to come here for a portion of satay. They've literally reduced the portions from 4 pieces of chicken to 3 on a stick, and the price has stayed the same. Very disappointing.

It is always good to come back here, very good flavors and healthy! Lot of pre assembled options and all of them very good, my favorite dolce vida and Mexicano! Highly recommended if you are looking for a fast and healthy food

The only Brewdog I’ve been to which refuses to serve tap water. In Scotland, you are obliged by law to serve tap water in pubs. Edit: they now serve tap water. Rating changed to 5 star

The food was bad, the portions were small, and the service was extremely poor.

I would give it 6 stars if I could being of Guyanese descent this was exactly like the food I used to eat during my childhood the price was fair the portions were huge and the taste was excellent. The owner was very friendly and it was a very nice place for a date.

If you don't have very high expectations, this restaurant is okay. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere has more of an old-fashioned feel and is cozy. The food is not my favorite; too salty and the beef not tender enough.

⭐ 1 Star According to the posted opening hours, the store should have been open from 12:00 PM. We arrived at around 12:30 PM, but the employee simply told us that the store was not open. When I politely pointed out the posted opening hours, he became very rude and replied, “I already told you it’s not open.” This is not how customers should be treated. If the opening hours have changed or there was an issue, it could have been explained politely. Instead, we were met with a rude attitude and no willingness to help. Absolutely terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back to this store.

German tourists here, really delicious food and definitely worth supporting. We ate twice in one day. If you like it super spicy, order the spicy beef with the sauce at the table – a runny nose is guaranteed.

I went there with my friend before one of the matches during the mundial. I reserved the table a day before the game, then I went to the pub and asked where our reservation is at. The waiter said that their website didn't catch the reservation, because the domain is not theirs, or something like that. I was pretty irritated, because I have never encountered a situation where reservation before was not respected.

Nice ambience for a drink and quite decent service. But the food was disappointing. I had a burger, hoping it would have been a good choice but I found it quite tasteless and unremarkable.

we were met by a very nice man, we ordered our food and got it in a reasonable time, but it was kind of chilled, not warm. we were also told that the kitchen would close soon, and if we wanted dessert we could order straight away, and get it after we sere done eating. WHICH WE DID NOT. we got our lava cake, and two scoops of ice cream, while we were in the middle of our main course. The ice cream also was partly meltes at arrival. But overall the service was good and the food, except for the fact that it was chilled, and the servers was not at fault for this situation.

I was absolutely speechless. It was wonderful to feel my tongue practically dripping from the amount of salt. A truly religious experience, to say the least. Eating made me feel very nostalgic, like I was in the school cafeteria. The waitress was very nice, and the meal was filled with laughter. P.S.: I want to emphasize the excellent quality of the salt 😉 I also want to mention the bathrooms. Even at first glance, it's dangerous for someone without a disability, at least the women's. Next to the sink, there's a tangle of wires, and underneath it, a filthy electrical outlet with a bunch of wires tangled in the bathroom pipes. I don't know about you, but even without being an engineer, I know it's dangerous. Speaking of the toilet, it's incredibly low. It's already difficult enough to use the bathroom without reduced mobility, let alone for someone with it. But that's the least of it when you see that a wheelchair can't fit in the bathroom. Besides being very narrow, you have to access it via stairs.
