Very friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The boiled eggs (on Wednesdays) are fantastic. They also have excellent toasted sandwiches, fried eggs, and snacks.
Saturdays are lively, sometimes with a performance.
You really have to come here for delicious Afghan food. I often come here for the delicious tandoori chicken and the indispensable Kabuli Palaw rice. It's also nice that there's no background music. It's a great place for a chat. And it's 100% halal, and they don't serve alcohol. Respect! The staff are also so friendly and unpretentious, I love it.🫡
Terrible experience, completely ruined by one staff member: Juliette.
She was rude from the start—unwelcoming, condescending, and visibly irritated by simple questions. When we asked about the menu, she replied with sarcasm and acted like we were wasting her time. Basic requests, like asking for clean cutlery, were met with sighs and eye-rolls. Her attitude was nothing short of toxic.
She clearly has no understanding of customer service, no respect for her role, and no interest in making guests feel comfortable. In fact, she seemed far more invested in her own conversations than in doing her actual job.
Frankly, someone like Juliette has no business working in hospitality. If this place cares at all about its reputation, she should be let go immediately. No amount of decent food can make up for service this bad.
One employee like her can sink an entire business.
Avoid until they clean up the staff.
the establishment is not unambiguous. I drink coffee sometimes, because it is the only place in the area where it is delicious. but the service… I don’t even know what to call it. the employees who put the products in the window (there is a suspicion that they also prepare it), they also count people. the cash register, coffee machine and kitchen are in different places, and because of this chaos is created even with 3 visitors in the hall
while I was drinking coffee, a man stood in line and left, because the woman behind the counter decided to serve someone who came later. and when the man noticed this, she also responded rudely.
with such prices for desserts, I would like some friendlier service. I myself have left empty-handed more than once, because I waited too long in a line with 3 people
but the food and desserts are very tasty. some of the girls do a good job, but it looks like they don’t stay here, because there are always some new faces
€100+ for a cold takeaway meal, and not enough for 4 people. The containers were half full. I'm embarrassed for my guests who were visiting me because we weren't satisfied after this meal. Disgraceful. I paid €9 for two small plastic bags of prawn crackers. The satay sticks didn't have any satay on them—they were small cocktail sticks. Small sauce packets. A real rip-off. I called ahead, and when I arrived 25 minutes later, I was told they didn't have Nasi Goreng. It's strange that they didn't call to ask if I wanted something else. I won't be going back and I don't recommend this place. Disgraceful!
This experience was disappointing. The prices were high, and the food was of subpar quality. A pancake with onion was burnt, and the one with salmon was simply flat and unappetizing. Service was slow and unfriendly, and the organization was chaotic. The toilets were filthy. On a Sunday at noon. Not recommended.
What a joke. You order a ‘batch brew’. They give you a poorover that isn’t even done by a so called ‘barista’, just some quick coffee machine for 5 euros. Same as Starbucks. Not coming back.
