The restaurant has an amazing ambience with bollywood songs playing all the time. The food was flavourful and delicious, especially chilli chicken. Naan was really soft. The portions served were filling. The staff service was great.
Unfriendly service. I just came in for a quick pickup and was rudely dismissed because my small, leashed dog wasn't allowed inside, not even at the pickup point. No understanding, no customer service. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be common. I won't be back.
Food was nice, service was good, but we were stuck in the corner with no space to move at all. We made a reservation and we got the worse table possible.
By 7 p.m., three of the dishes we wanted were already sold out, so we had to choose something else. There was also a mistake when taking our order; not all the staff were friendly. The food is also rather expensive for relatively small portions. Six euros for a lukewarm, very small beer is also very expensive in my opinion. It's also a shame for a vegan restaurant that the food is served in disposable containers. But all in all, the food was very tasty, presented in a very original way, and served very quickly!
Fabulous pancakes! I tried the sweet one with cream and mandarins. Despite the rich sweetness, I found it balanced, and I paired it with a ginger infusion. 🔝
A delicious meal. It's true that the prices are high, especially for drinks. We had two savory dishes, and the ingredients were very well combined; the specialty dishes are highly recommended.
We also had the typical Amsterdam dessert with stroopwafels, and it was incredible.
We weren't seated right away, even though there were seats, but they hadn't cleared them.
It was 8:00 PM and all the tables were reserved. Heh-heh, another couple arrived after us.
Now about the food. The lobster bisque was simply amazing!
The corpaccio started with mayonnaise, but we asked for it with olive oil. It felt like everything was made separately: the meat, the Parmesan, the arugula, and the olive oil, the pine nuts were delicious.
And now the main thing: the ribeye and potatoes with a creamy (mayonnaise) garlic sauce.
The ribeye was a C, but the potatoes weren't even served with mayonnaise.
A purely tourist restaurant, like in Rome!!!
The restaurant was so crowded, you need a reservation... We went without one and waited for about 25 minutes... Honestly, the restaurant wasn't amazing. I tried the Japanese restaurant next door, and it was much tastier... We ordered chicken skewers, but they had a chicken smell, and we didn't like them.
