Delicious food and large portions

The prices are a bit high, but that's just how Amsterdam is, unfortunately. However, the price is justified because the food is high quality and the service is excellent.

Low Quality Food for an expensive price. 13-05-2025. We went here for dinner and I already had the feeling based on the arrogance of the waiters and what I saw on the plates we would pay a lot for small portions of food and that the quality wouldn't live up to the price. I had a ravioli(4-5 pieces)(€ 25) and my friend had a steak with fries (€ 29). The ravioli was not tasty. I mean if I'm paying € 25..... The steak lacked taste and was chewy. One of the worst restaurants ever. These places can only exist because natives do not know what good taste is or quality food is. Btw I'm living in The Netherlands for almost 27 years.

The service was terrible. Three of us arrived and nobody greeted us after waiting 10 minutes in front of the door. Then it took a while to get our order, and we had to ask repeatedly for some stuff that they forgot to bring. At the end, we wanted to order dessert, but they told us the kitchen was closed, even though we were sitting upstairs and nobody had come to check on us after finishing or main course, so we had to no clue about their closing times. Overall, the prices that they charge for are too high and don’t justify this sloppy service offered.

After 49 years, this Chinese restaurant is closing on February 21st because foundation work will be taking place for an extended period. Unfortunately, the restaurant won't be back after the work, which is a great loss for the neighborhood! The people are incredibly warm and kind, and the food is fantastic. It's sad that another piece of Amsterdam history is disappearing from the streets this way. Thanks for everything, and I hope you all are well! 😊

Good cappuccino, flavorful (although sometimes not hot enough). Good almond croissants. Service is a bit hit-or-miss, sometimes you get a nice smile, but more often a sense the staff would rather be elsewhere. Giving 4-stars because of the coffee.

Really good wings. Amazing garlic parmesan sauce. Fast delivery as well.

I was there during the Imagine Film Festival so it was very busy, the food was good.

What a terrible place! The food was awful, the atmosphere was awful, and the owner was terribly arrogant. I wouldn't go there again.

The gentleman who owns the place is so friendly and cooked us a really nice breakfast. Our breakfast was huge but delicious. Great coffee as well. Highly recommended this place.
