Came here looking to eat at Rotisserie, the neighboring restaurant. When we found that it was closed, we were pointed in the direction of Ramona which serves Rotisserie’s menu.
Had an incredible burger and fries. Great taste, texture and temp, hit the spot. Wasn’t impressed with the Nachos, they could’ve done a better job mixing the cheese, guacamole and sour cream. There were many chips (that tasted good still, admittedly) that went untouched by all of the three ingredients.
Prices were good but multiple drinks can run up your bill. Overall a very good experience.
Yesterday, I had lunch with my daughter at A&M. The order took a very long time, over half an hour. After inquiring, it turned out they'd forgotten it. She apologized, and said she'd look into it. The drinks were supposed to be free. We waited another half hour. When lunch was served, the plate was practically thrown in my lap. The joy of having lunch together was already gone. I quickly devoured the food. I asked for the bill. The coffee was charged anyway, with the argument that it had arrived on time...
Of course, I didn't pay, and I left feeling awful.
The short Asian barista could use some intensive customer service training. Gossiping about customers in English while they're literally standing right next to her... And when you make it clear you understand her, not even a second of eye contact or an apology. That's how you lose customers. This employee won't be staying at Coffeecompany long. Mark my words!!!
We ordered €70 sushi with 4 beers costing €16. They never delivered the beers. The worse thing is that we complained and they didn’t try to solve it even we called them twice. I am really not happy about it. We even paid the delivery €5 tips. For this quality of service, I am leaving a one star here and will never order again!
The service was quite slow, and the pasta was unfortunately too salty. I waited about 15 minutes before the server acknowledged me,( the place was empty, only 3 tables)but thankfully another waitress had already approached me earlier and took my order. I also noticed that bread was given to other tables but not to mine, which felt a bit odd.
The atmosphere is nice, but the service and food were disappointing. They did offer me a croissant as compensation after I raised my concerns.
Very tasty food, very filling and tasted great. The price-quality ratio is excellent, freshly made and fresh ingredients used. It was very pleasant to sit and the staff were polite. It was a bit busy in the restaurant, but it remained pleasant.
It is the tastiest, but also the tastiest sandwich I have tasted in my entire life. It is my favorite food so far. The pistolet Mexicano is really a banger and the man there is really very nice. He worked as hard and fast as possible because my father is the owner's friend.
