I was here yesterday with a group of eight, and it was very disappointing.
Almost all the drinks on the menu were gone. Not even basic things like beer or coke. There were also only three axes available for the group, even though we were the only customers at the time. And even the most basic things, like hand soap in the restroom, were missing. It was clearly a very stripped-down experience compared to what it once was. Of course, they charged the full price of a good €180.
"Super friendly, helpful, and kind staff. Very interesting and tasty dishes. I was really surprised that when they brought the sandwich, there was nothing bad in it, unlike most places. Usually, there are very unhealthy sauces, but here they used yogurt or something like that. I highly recommend it." The pen

Fantastic!!!
Yesterday we enjoyed a 6-course dinner at Le Sable and what a fantastic evening we had!
It's incomprehensible that Le Sable doesn't have a star. It made me question the Michelin Guide yesterday, as we'd been much less impressed with several other starred restaurants!
Everything was absolutely perfect here!
A very hospitable welcome, very attentive and friendly service with an eye for detail, fantastic food, the timing between courses was perfect, and the ambiance was sooo wonderful...
We started with several amuse-bouches, each of which was delicious! Then we had 6 wonderful courses. The friandises were also top-notch!
The "main course" was served in parts...fantastic!
Generally, a few dishes stand out, but here every course was truly superb! The diverse flavors and textures within the dishes...amazing!
The wine pairing was also excellent!
Couldn't find a single negative...
It's a wonderful and enthusiastic team that made sure the evening was fantastic in every way! It's great that the chefs are also joining us! The owners, together with their team, have truly created something beautiful!
Absolutely worthy of a star!!!
Thanks for the wonderful evening, and we'll definitely be back!
Fate gave us a trip to Leiden. Leiden is a small Amsterdam. Walking through the city, we came to a place where we unexpectedly experienced a special state of HAPPINESS. Madame Marie's home coffee shop. It smells of happiness here, The hot smell of warm cakes with cinnamon and whipped cream mixed with the classic smells of freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, fragrant cocoa... Aromas of a Peaceful Life. The rain sang outside the window. I cried as I would cry in the warm embrace of God
Het lot gaf ons een reis naar Leiden. Leiden is een klein Amsterdam. Wandelend door de stad kwamen op een plek waar we onverwacht een bijzoregen staat van GELEUK ervoeren. Het koffiehuis van Madame Marie. It smells here like happiness. The warm smell of warm cakes with cinnamon and whipped cream mixed with the classic smells of freshly ground coffee, warm chocolate milk, fragrant cocoa... Aromas of a peaceful life. De regen zong buiten het raam. Ik huilde as if ik zou huilen in de warme omhelzing van God.
We had a wonderful meal here. The ambiance is great, and the waitresses are friendly and service-oriented.
We were less impressed with the long wait before our dishes arrived. We ordered two dishes for the first round. They were tasty, but not particularly well-prepared. We received the bowl of olives after half an hour, and had to wait an hour for the Burrata with Serrano ham and grilled peach pieces. One of the waitresses offered us a free drink as compensation. After this, we ordered three dishes, also not particularly well-prepared, and these too were served one by one, spread out over an hour and a half. Delicious, but none of the dishes we ordered needed that much time to prepare, in our opinion. And to think that by the time we were waiting for the last dish, most of the guests had already eaten or left. The dessert, the Affagato, arrived after 20 minutes and was delicious, but it's just a scoop of ice cream, a splash of coffee on top, and it's ready, so it could have been faster. The kitchen could be much more organized. It's a shame this puts the waitresses in a difficult position.
A fantastic experience! There were three of us (vegan, meatless, and omni), and all the dishes were exquisite; surprising, beautiful, and above all, delicious. Nothing to be desired, congratulations!
Salaam 😁✌🏻
We visited you today and the food was fantastic. We had two kebab kubidehs. Everything was just perfect. I'd never tried the melted butter before. The price/performance ratio is simply fantastic.
My only comment would be to perhaps add two tomatoes instead of one as a side dish, as one tomato is usually only enough for one kebab. But that's complaining at the highest level.
Best regards from Germany

You stand in line for ten minutes for a Dutch shrimp sandwich, only to be told they don't sell it because of the price. When I asked if I should take it off the sign where it's written in bold letters, I got no answer.
Update: Thank you for your reply. I understand that you don't sell it, but I was more concerned about the staff member's attitude. It could have been done differently. I still enjoyed a fresh Dutch shrimp roll from the Albert Heijn a hundred meters away.
