The website isn't working and if you call, no one answers... it's been 35 minutes and the line says I'm the first...

I ordered food there for 5 people and I finished what was delivered all by myself. I returned everything and won't be going back.

I've been coming to Haifa for over 20 years! There's a good reason for that. Delicious food, nice place, and delivery is top-notch too: fast... never had bad food, always top-notch.

Had some toasted sandwiches. Sauce with that? Yes please. But! They charge 1 euro for a scandalously small amount of ketchup or curry! The toasted sandwich was tasty, but not big, and the sauce was barely enough to finish it. 3 toasted sandwiches at 5.50 euros each, 3 sauces at 1 euro each, 2 colas and 4 beers: 42 euros. Otherwise, it is a nice place to sit and the service was reasonably fast.

We had dinner last night. All four of us had steaks that were so tough. They were supposed to pass it on to the kitchen, but unfortunately, we didn't hear anything back. When we went to pay, the bill was overcharged. The guy at the cash register went to call someone, but we heard them tell us to just wait!!! This was our last time here.

Got delicious Turkish pizzas. Fast and the atmosphere to match.

I went for dinner the other day and, to be honest, I’m at a loss for words – I’m so grateful. I highly recommend the entrecôte with mushroom sauce and a side of chips – a real explosion of flavour. Everything is cooked to order, without any rush, and the warm welcome from the chef, Mario, makes for an incredible experience. I’ll be back.

Ideal for a quick bite, nice old-fashioned atmosphere, great place, great service, I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

After having received poor service here last time and leaving a review (see Jonas Gordijn's review below), we were asked to get in touch, they resolved it in a very sporting manner, and we ate here again and enjoyed it immensely! Great job, Pizzabakkers, and thanks to everyone, especially Eirini!!

Small terrace on the street, but cozy and lots to see. Really spacious inside. Nice pool tables. Prompt service and a pleasant, casual atmosphere.

We regularly order online from De Rotonde; they have a wide selection and add a new menu every so often. There is also the option to specify preferences when placing your order, such as wanting something extra or something not on your hamburger. The food is delivered neatly packaged and, so far, at the time indicated by email. During busy periods, you are contacted by phone to let them know. The food tastes good, always more than enough. Our favorite is the rib platter. All in all, very satisfied and highly recommended.
