My order did not arrived and I cannot reach at the restaurant

Dear Pannenkoekenvallei Team, Your restaurant comes highly recommended. Although we arrived quite late on September 18th, we were served very kindly and attentively by a lovely young lady. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our pancakes arrived. We would even give them 6 stars for taste! Since we plan to spend our vacation in Julianadorp again, a visit to your restaurant is an absolute must. Best regards and keep up the good work, Angela and Klaus

Delicious steaming pizzas that hang over the edge of your plate. Delicious crispy food, delicious flavors. The tables are a bit close together, but you forget that when you take the first bite

Delicious food. There were many vacancies available, so I wondered if the food would be good. It was delicious. I found the atmosphere of the restaurant a bit less appealing.

I have sat here quite often and was fine. However, I haven't experienced it that way the last three times. I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order. The employees were chatting happily with each other while they had seen me sitting there for a while. It's a shame that the service has declined so significantly!

Cozy place, loved the dishes and will return

I've eaten here twice with a friend; it was delicious and no problems. I ordered food from them today... What a disaster! There's hair in my child's fries, there's eggshell in the chicken batter, and I clearly stated there was no sauce with the beef, but they didn't even read it. Really bad... 40 euros wasted. I'm going to file a complaint with home care.

Great sushi delivered on time at a reasonable price

During our visit to Gorinchem, we stopped here for dinner. Nice covered terrace, pleasant in the shade on such a summery day in July. The service was prompt and friendly. The ordered hamburger and stew were tasty. The portion wasn't too big, but we were satisfied. Definitely a place to come and enjoy a bite to eat.

Walked in by chance while we were on the boat. Empty place, staff disappeared regularly meaning there was no service at all for us or other guests, a different dish was prepared than I ordered (and I just accepted it), dirty plates/cutlery, also felt overpriced compared to the other restaurants in the immediate vicinity that are full and have good food... no idea what those guys are actually good at, but please don't let them run a restaurant. Not recommended.

We had a delicious meal with the Satémber promotion. When ordering, we were asked if we wanted sweet potato fries or regular ones; we chose one regular and one sweet. However, when paying, we received a higher bill than expected and noticed that an extra €3 was being charged for the sweet potato fries. This was not communicated by the waitress in any way. Naturally, we did not agree to this, and only after they kept us waiting for a long time and we had to tell the story three times was the bill corrected. Mistakes can always happen, and if resolved properly, that's no problem, but don't make your guests wait like dogs at the checkout counter because a manager is supposed to come—who then never showed up, and the waiter had corrected it. All in all, I doubt I will be coming back, mainly due to the way we were treated at the end with the long wait.

Super leuk concept, ook leuk dat ze het zelfs komen serveren. Er is veel keuze en alles wat wij aten was even lekker. Zeker een aanrader!
