Came in at 1:15 am when they said they were no longer making food. The website says you are open until 1:30 am. People in front of us wanted to pay and the gentleman just got angry. Yelling at the customers and also saying very directly that soon we will be closing sooner and that's all just a headache.

Secondly, I couldn't believe how few potato wedges were in the box for a price of 6 euros; moreover, most of them were very small. This is too small a portion even for a child. It is very frustrating that I have to cook myself because of this poor quality, even though I order precisely to avoid that. Additionally, one pizza was marked as being without tomato and mushrooms, yet these ingredients were on it and the cheese was barely melted. The other pizza was undercooked, burnt on one side and dried out on the other, but not cooked through. Lately, I have noticed more often that the food is prepared less well. It doesn't happen every time, but this order was the last straw for me. I am not paying for this. We ate dinner here because we are staying in the hotel Savarin. We ordered a Quiche, 19 euros Quiche. I am writing down this because I only got what appeared to be half of the Quiche, please take a look at the picture and tell me you won't feel sad. I mentioned this feedback and it was received as a joke. The rest of the food is average to bad, overpriced restaurant that I do not recommend. There are two waiters that are actually quite nice, and service overall was good except for the lady that received my feedback with laughter.

Ordered donuts through uber eats, chose specific ones, as the others were not interesting. As a result, they sent completely different ones. If you have run out, then at least call to clarify which ones to put in, and not just with sugar glaze. I will not order from this place again.

Unfortunately, the pepperoni that was supposed to be on my pizza was missing. I ordered the spicy truffle special pizza. Also, the jalapeño was in a heap and not evenly distributed, and the truffle mayonnaise was only on half of it. It can happen, of course, but this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect. Very disappointing.

The pizza was an hour late. I ordered a Bilognese pizza but got the same one as my daughter. Advice for anyone planning to order: read the reviews on Google Maps first; you'll immediately see how many stars they have. I definitely won't be ordering from this pizza place again.

My regular baker makes good whole wheat bread and especially tasty cookies. Nice people.

The worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered two latte macchiatos at the terminal. The order number immediately appeared on the display above the counter. An employee started to take care of the order, then suddenly he walked away and the order number disappeared from the display. After 10 minutes, another young man came and calmly took care of my order. When I pointed out that I'd been waiting over 10 minutes for two cups of coffee, he showed little interest and slowly resumed his work. How can young people be so unmotivated?! The manager of this place should be ashamed of himself for employing such staff. Instead of a fast-food chain, it should be a slow-food chain.

The order for 10 people was brought reasonably quickly. There was quite a bit of salt on the fries, but they were nice and warm. The temperature of the other items was also fine.

Very bad experience due to the poor treatment. As soon as they know you are coming via Social Deal, their attitude towards you changes. There were 5 of us. Two of us wanted to bowl outside the group, but this was refused on the grounds that the tickets had to be booked separately. My advice: do not buy the tickets all at once. If you are with a group, buy the tickets separately. That way, you might be able to play on multiple lanes at the same time. The manager was very unfriendly and acted strangely towards people with Social Deal tickets. The food, on the other hand, was incredibly tasty and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Last night I ordered a beefburger and it was a truly terrible experience. The food was delivered so cold and of such poor quality that it was practically inedible. Unfortunately, I have to say that you have gone downhill significantly, regarding the quality and taste of the food as well as the presentation and the way it is served. What I find worst of all is that food of this quality is delivered to the customer cold. I had expected much more from you, but this order was a huge disappointment. I hope you take this criticism seriously, because a customer does not pay for cold, poor-quality food.

Delicious tender steak with fries and salad topped with Loetje gravy. It doesn't get any better... just do it a few times every year. Then you remember why you eat meat.... highly recommended!! Not cheap but well worth it!! Free parking on site!
