Apparently there were substitutes, they did their best but it was not the quality you would expect from a brasserie

We visited twice on our 4 day break and found the food was first class tried the langom breakfast and tried to do it back home but not near as good the hot chocolate was perfect.

I went to McDonald's yesterday and, frankly, I was quite disappointed. I came specifically for the Honey Mustard Chicken Salad, which was displayed prominently on the drive-thru screen. After ordering and paying, I was told this salad wasn't available at all. When something is on the menu, you expect it to be available, or at least clearly marked as "unavailable." Now, I left without the salad I wanted, feeling a bit uneasy. Hopefully, the menu will be updated more thoroughly so other customers don't experience this.

It doesn't smell very nice inside. I had to go outside because there was a urine smell. I ordered 9 chicken nuggets (+1). I got 9!! Tables covered in trash/food scraps from previous guests. They won't be seeing me back anytime soon!

All dishes have become 2-3 euros more expensive. 10 euros for one small cheesecake is ridiculous.

The shawarma was over-spiced and overcooked, the pitas were half-baked, and the garlic sauce was watery.

Food was delicious and staff were nice. And also helped well

Friendly service and both the croquettes and the satay with fries tasted great. Because the weather was so hot, we were offered an ice cream in a glass as a treat; in short, great!

Ordered a meal that was never delivered. Tried to call several times over several days and it was never answered. Interesting business practices. In other words don’t necessarily expect them to deliver the food you order or answer the calls you make to them.

Shaker spices, straws, and forgot to put the sauce in, and the milkshake was nothing but foam. Filthy toilet, and having to pay 1 euro is terrible. The location is nice though.

They forgot a playpen with our order. So I went to order a new one and asked if they would bring it upstairs. Sorry sir, but we don't have enough staff. They made a mistake and I ended up eating cold food. If the children don't get a toy in their playpen, I went to ask for the toys. Then I was told that they don't have any toys. Management: do something about this branch! It is not for nothing that this branch is so quiet!!!
