Food takes over 1.5 hours to be delivered. Phone goes direct to voicemail. Not a serious business.

Nice simple and ok,chips refried and sauce was OK, service slow, not busy at all ,very quite yet five staff members making not interaction with customers just messing around one till point (not professional seemed customers came second once they thought they had time to take orders).

During the day it offers a small menu, and in the evening (especially on weekends) it is frequented by a changing "fairly young crowd".

How can you throw your branch (Arnhem Central Station) away like that? I have never experienced such a bad Burger King. The staff speaks broken or NO Dutch, which is strange because we are still in the Netherlands! They are boorish and rude; they can't even manage a friendly smile. They DON'T GIVE A DAMN whether a product is available or not. Those 1.50 burgers are easy to eat for a quick bite on the go. My colleagues and I find that very convenient, but they are often unavailable rather than available. Sloppy, isn't it? And when you ask why? You are told they didn't order enough or deliver enough. Surely you keep an eye on that if you are doing your job properly. The dumbest thing I heard from an employee was: "Not enough staff!" I didn't quite get that one, but anyway. This happens too often; I get the feeling they would rather sell those big burgers for 6 euros more or a set menu. Well, believe me, they already make enough on those little burgers. Besides that, I find it ridiculous that it has already happened several times that you were refused with cash!! It is still legal tender. Either they close the till too early (around 8:30 PM) or it’s broken, they say. Then you want to pay the exact amount, but no, the till is closed. Write it down on a note with the money in the safe. No, not allowed. What a load of nonsense. They refuse you unnecessarily. NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED AT ALL!!! Great, such uninterested staff!!! Good for your store. They force you to pay by card and buy more expensive burgers. Nice try, but I’m NOT falling for that! Then you file a complaint, and they ask for your phone number. Call back or at least a response: 0.0. I did that over a month ago, and STILL NO response!!!! Tried again recently at that Burger King, and? Again, NO burgers. So as far as I’m concerned, they can go to hell with that place. Good job Burger King, too bad this doesn't interest you AT ALL. I always spoke highly of Burger King instead of McDonald's.

I don't know who works behind the bar in this place, or even if they wash the glasses. If you want to drink Aperol without a Spritz from glasses with mouth residue, then this place is definitely for you.

These cardboard discs delivered to our home should never, ever be given the title of pizza! What a disgrace. The crust was dry, thin, and cold upon delivery. The tomato sauce was so sour that you couldn't taste any of the toppings on top. The toppings themselves were baked so bone dry that they had absolutely no flavor left. After finishing the first slice, I was tempted to dip the rest of the pizza in a bowl of water to try and make it even remotely moist. Never, ever again. This is not a pizza!

After some miscommunication, they resolved the problem later. I am satisfied.

Helaas geen positieve ervaring. Sfeerloos, donker en muf ‘restaurant’. Erg veel tierelantijntjes aan de muur en het plafond, vol met stof en spinnenwebben. Het eten was erg vet en smakeloos. Afbakbroodjes uit de supermarkt, en overal aioli over heen om er smaak aan te geven.

I ordered here with my family; the fries were cold and the satay sauce was a slimy mess. I also saw "devilish prawns" on the menu. As a follower of the faith, you understand that this doesn't exactly make me happy. And I don't understand what the devil has to do with your prawns either. Why?? Do you perform rituals with them? Very strange business...

Milkshake machine broken, nice! When I get the option for another drink, I have to pay extra. Great!

Wij kozen voor kibbeling met brood en rookworst met brood. Kregen bij de worst en de kibbeling oude kleine sneetjes brood. Zachte bolletjes konden niet die waren alleen voor de ham en kaas broodjes. Hoezo serveer je warme worst zonder bolletje ( of pistolet) en mag er ook bij de kibbeling geen bolletje ( of stukjes gesneden stokbrood ) maar krijg je oud sneetje brood. Verder was de worst niet te eten, slap, zacht en heeeel zout. En bij de kibbeling kreeg ik met pijn en moeite mes en vork ( zat klein vorkje bij) . Kibbeling was oké ( beetje te zout ook dat wel ) Maar ook de bediening niet aardig, wordt niet gevraagd of het gesmaakt heeft. Zodat je zelf je ongenoegen moet uiten over eigenlijk alles. Dus er zijn veel meer restaurants op de dijk in Volendam sla deze maar over ook al bestaan ze meer dan 100 jaar, wat dan lijkt alsof ze goed zijn
