We ordered, they left the order at the hotel reception and the app showed that it was still coming. No update from the distributor

I've been ordering here for 10 years. Sometimes they were late or forgot things, and they were never very friendly, but because I liked it so much, I put up with it. But after today, never again. I ordered at 16:20 for 17:30. It is now 19:00 and I never received my order. I couldn't call either, because they were unreachable by phone. I got a recorded message that played the whole time and then the connection was cut off. Truly scandalous. That is not how you treat customers. Addition: It is the next day. They marked my order as "delivered" at 19:20 - but I never received my order.

I always get my late-night snack here after drinking, best place to order from. They always arrive on time 👌

Look at Friture de Parade. You really don't come for the atmosphere, the food, or the people. Friture de Parade is there for you in all (dark) times. They have food at a good price, but *whether* they actually have the food, that is what really annoys me. If they don't have it (or aren't in the mood), it's a case of "please order something else." I find that strange, I must say. But still, Friture de Parade stays open until the very last guest and really does their best until the very last order. Enjoy your meal and get home safely ;)

Friendly delivery drivers, they deliver on time, our food is always nice and hot and very tasty. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, it is resolved properly.

Very unfriendly staff. You seem more like a nuisance than a customer. They take the order incorrectly and then charge a much higher price than what is on the menu. As soon as I noticed this and asked about it, they were clearly annoyed and came up with a bullshit story that those were the new prices. Which were nowhere to be seen yet, not on the menu, boards, or anything else. I didn't get a refund and therefore decided never to come back. I felt ripped off. By the way, I have also had something delivered there before, which was never correct and I always had to call to follow up... so 1 star it is...

You can order from them on Thuiszorgd because they enabled that, but ultimately you can't order there at all! Besides that, with a set menu you are required to order dessert (which of course costs money).

My first order went wrong; I called and reported it. The owner handled it immediately and helped out. This is the reason I always order here: good food and good service from honest people.

Unedible. I have been waiting for my money since July 29th. They claim to have transferred it, but I haven't received anything and they refuse to speak to me either. Never again for me. Disgusting, what terrible service.

It was very tasty, fast, and friendly.
