Cheap/Billig. Not a single aspect to mark as specially good. I you are a tourist, looking for economic food and tired of looking for a place to eat, I suppose you can give it a try. One of us asked for a pizza with pepperoni as one of the ingredients which, after a whiiiiile (we were the only customers at the time), was served without. Judging by the general attitude, I was mildly surprised when the waiter took it back without discussion. A few minutes later, the mistery was solved: the same pizza with a couple of slices of pepperoni on top was dispatched back to us. The just edible spaguetti carbonara didn't help improve the experience.
Potentially good and with a great location. However, in reality, it's less so.
The rooms are nice, but the finishing touches are missing. Like holes in the sheets.
A new air conditioner that doesn't work. A café that's closed. A meager breakfast. A host who is awkward and struggles to chat with his guests.
We had a disappointing experience with the service. We ordered a large fries and a Big pita, but received small portions. It's the worst service I've ever received. Despite informing them about the issue, they showed no concern. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
We had to wait a long time for delivery. The food quality was absolutely terrible! A few hours after eating, several people in our group became ill. Typical symptoms of food poisoning. Apparently, another group at the holiday park had the same issue. This meant we had to cut our wonderful weekend short! Such a shame! Absolutely not a pleasant experience.
I had lunch here this afternoon. To get straight to the point… I got really sick from it. I had a fish club sandwich, but the fish wasn't good anymore. I felt unwell all afternoon and still don't feel 100%.
The club sandwich was already served on very warm toast, which ruined the freshness of the lettuce and fish. I understand you are struggling with teething problems, but this is really unacceptable, guys. The other dishes were good, though.
And as for the staff: be a bit more proactive, more attentive, and don't adopt a passive attitude. It comes across as if you aren't interested in your customers and don't want to make a name for yourselves or put in the effort.
Come on, change course, and who knows, I might come back again.
The food, as you might expect in the Netherlands, is expensive and mediocre, with the risk of giving you a stomach ache. The atmosphere is okay. The music is fun.
A tip for customer service: don't make people feel like complete idiots because they can't figure out from a vacuum that you're not being served here, but have to place orders via QR codes. When I ask, "Do I need an app for that?", it's not an answer but an insult to say, "Yes, you need an app for that." I understand you need an app. I ask if I need to download a specific app. I won't be back.
We've been waiting for our order for over an hour and a half! We've tried calling five times, but no answer...no service. Now let's hope the food is hot and tasty...
Strange incident: an older saleswoman, at her age, could use a customer service course. Customers are surprised by her responses to complaints. Her employer probably doesn't know what's happening in this store. People are returning with burnt snacks. It's not being resolved properly, or even not at all. I've lost my customer service as well.
I ordered a McFlurry and I got my food, and when I looked at my McFlurry there were hardly any M&Ms in it. I went back and asked if I could have some with it, and they said "no, that's more than enough," and it was just ice cream, then those M&Ms, and they were very rude to me.
