Untrustworthy party: ordered a pizza, which never arrived. Then I was treated rudely, promised a refund, but never received it. Afterward, I read some information about the owner; see also ECLI:NL:RVS:2025:1620.
Pizzas used to be okay, but they've lost me as a customer forever.
Very filthy, already had doubts upon entering….
The whole place was filled with blue smoke and it stank of old frying oil.
The air conditioning above the kitchen is heavily soiled and is simply left on.
The food was inedible and tasteless.
Confidently ordered a large box of sushi and side dishes. We're new to the neighborhood, so support your locals.
We ordered online around 7 p.m. and, yes, waited almost two hours, so we called twice in between. The phone was answered with "Hello" and a slight nudge.
What arrived was a completely wet, leaky, soggy bag/box. (Where all that moisture came from is still a mystery.)
But the tuna was vomit-inducing. It was a brown/beige, soaked-in bit. And the large box of edamame contained mostly shells without beans.
So this was a complete disappointment. Our last call to report this, to spare them further suffering given the spoiled fish, was ignored.
The large amount of sushi was okay, but there wasn't much variety, only two kinds of the same. It wasn't cheap either. The trash bin was especially full.
I had a drink on the terrace this week, so I can't comment on the food. My experience was positive: a beautiful location on the canal, not too crowded, and friendly service!
Ordered pizzas by phone and picked them up myself.
After the indicated time, I waited a long time before the food was actually ready.
The pizza tasted good but looked different from what I am used to, and I also got the impression that she was working alone and the workload was too high as a result. Despite this, she was still friendly to the customers.
I ordered food and after two hours, I received a cold pizza. We then called and were told we'd get a new one. Then the man arrived and started yelling at us. Never order from here, and make them go bankrupt.
This is the second time I've ordered a chicken pizza that only has 3 small pieces of chicken on it. Hugely disappointing. The pizza wasn't even cut in half.
Yikes, the food here is disgusting! Waiting more than 2 hours for your food and then just not eating what you get. Hahaha you pay 2.50 for mango juice, but it's just that cheap mogu mogu that you get for a few cents at the promotion. Yikes, that's not mango juice, is it??? I don't recommend anyone to order food here. And then such an unfriendly delivery person who doesn't even wish you a tasty meal or apologizes for late delivery. In one word BAD.
You can't really go wrong with sushi. Unfortunately, the fish isn't fresh, and the rest is drowned in sauce. The delivery drivers' and service staff's lack of Dutch language skills, morals, and values is appalling.

If you get sick from the sushi and ask for your purchase amount of more than 70 euros back, they don't even take you seriously.
They simply keep insisting that everything is okay while I read several reviews here that hygiene leaves much to be desired.
Yes, we can give you a voucher of 15 euros.
Which I am not interested in because I have little confidence in the hygiene and quality of the food and especially the handling of complaints ensures that I will not give it a 2nd chance here.
It is simply said that we will respond quickly with an answer and even after a 2nd e-mail no response back, after which you can call back yourself after 1 week to get the story.
Now I understand those other 1 star reviews customer service crap otherwise the delivery person is much too late or the order is half forgotten.
If you get sick from the sushi do not expect money back from this company it is all at your own risk with raw sushi.
I ordered a pizza at 9:15 PM. At 9:30 PM, the delivery driver called to confirm my address. He arrived at 9:40 PM but hadn't brought the pizza yet. He said he would go get it soon, but at 10:09 PM I called the pizzeria and they told me they were closed and that I could get my money back in cash the next day.
Thanks for the good service.
Now let's go look for more food.
