I had a particularly disappointing experience in your store today. I had grabbed a frikadellenbroodje (fried sausage roll) from the shelf, but it turned out to be expired. This is not only sloppy, but can also pose a health risk.
As if that wasn't enough, my payment was declined at the cash register because my 5-euro note had a small tear. It was legal tender that was still perfectly usable. The fact that it was simply refused feels unfriendly to customers.
I expect you to pay more attention to the expiration dates of products and that your staff be more lenient with valid payment methods.
Hopefully, something will be done about this.
I am considering taking legal action.
1Q people work here. Unfortunately, again, people who don't speak Dutch... This place is very quick to point out that certain people of this ethnicity aren't treated so well. And don't order pizza slices here anyway.
Wow, what an exceptionally unfriendly man. Everything was too much to ask. And he came home with two loaves of bread where the top half was completely dried out near the crust. It looked like they'd been sitting in the sun too long the day before. I always get my bread from Stoepje. The bread is good. Such a shame about this disappointing franchise.
We spent 5 days in Almere (4 nights at the inn). It was a truly wonderful and comfortable experience. The lady who served us (Wilma, if I recall correctly) was super friendly and eager to help us and chat with us. The only real meal we ate was the breakfast shown in the photos, which we had on two different days because it was delicious and reasonably priced. So, the food rating is based solely on that. I don't know about the rest, but everything seemed to be delicious. The room was super comfortable with everything you need to do the basics (since, as much as we were on vacation, you use the inn to bathe, sleep, and store your things... but the most interesting and enjoyable part always happens outside). So, to summarize briefly: hot water, heating, Wi-Fi, included (uncovered) parking, and a reasonable price.
I would definitely go back!
As soon as we arrived, there was a problem with the customer, which meant we had to wait an awfully long time to be served. After a while, the staff opened the cash register, and I placed my order. However, after paying, I was told the burgers were no longer available and had to be refunded. Furthermore, several staff members were standing around doing nothing, which is probably partly why the fries were lukewarm and sometimes even cold. Utterly disappointing.
The person who served me kept telling me to get my drink myself despite trying to order a hot coffee. This might be because she was on the phone while serving. The coffee was okay but nothing special. I noticed them turning customers away an hour before advertised closing time. The charging ports for phones did not work.
Poorly filled sandwiches compared to other branches. Sauce was missing (didn't taste it), tomato was present, but otherwise minimal. The sandwich itself was well-baked. Not recommended because the fillings are mediocre. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. Only card payments are accepted. In short, not recommended for various reasons.
I went to the Multi Vlai store today. My daughter, my wife, and I. A Dutch woman followed us. The two women behind the counter suddenly took care of the new customer and helped them. When I told them we were the first, they continued to care for them as if nothing had happened. If you're a foreigner, don't come to this store. My ratings for this store staff are below zero.
My compliments! My father unfortunately had to celebrate his 81st birthday in the hospital. But this was somewhat softened by Roberto from DOK80, who helped me make it possible to treat him and my mother to a cake in the hospital! So thoughtful! Thank you again!
Most expensive to get started. then had to wait 54 minutes for our food and then the frikandel and croquette we had ordered turned out to be cold. Terrible tent if you go swimming at Stappegoor you better bring your own food
