The food, especially soup and salad, was inedible and of very low quality. The pizzas and lasagne were mediocre. No recommendation.

Very unfriendly, rude man. I am willing to write a review for this. My phone was dead and I expected to meet my husband and son in the square to grab a bite to eat. However, I didn't see them and after a while I politely asked the gentleman if I could make a quick call because I couldn't find my husband and son, considering that we sometimes come here for an ice cream and might even eat something here. It wasn't allowed, no further explanation, just a false grin. Okay... Thank you for your help, sir. It turned out afterwards that my son really needed to pee and my husband happened to have asked to use the toilet here as well. He had to pay 1 euro for it, to then receive that euro as a discount if we ate there. While looking for a euro, my son indicated he couldn't hold it any longer and instead of letting this good man let a 5-year-old boy go to the toilet, he insisted on getting the euro first. As a result, it took too long and my son peed his pants. Subsequently, my husband cleaned everything, so in the meantime, I asked if I could make a quick call. He didn't even consider helping me, and then I saw my husband and child walking out of his toilet. My husband was irritated because he had been cleaning everything for a long time and it could have been prevented. It is truly sad that you aren't a bit more customer-friendly. I can't expect the gentleman to say: "Oh, have you lost your husband and son? Maybe they are here in the toilet." After all, there was NO ONE else in the establishment, and you caused them to take longer yourself. It is fine that I can't expect that, but I do hope that you can expect a hospitality operator not to let a child wet their pants. We left this man high and dry and are never coming here again😅 I only just realized now that it is always empty here; if you treat people like this, no one comes back. This guy should have made a different choice; also, if you look at other reviews, we are certainly not the only ones with a bad experience. If you are already losing revenue because you behave like a jerk, then you are simply a clueless entrepreneur.

I ordered 15 euros worth of food here for door-to-door delivery via the internet. It never arrived. I called, but no one ever answered. Eventually, I just went there myself that same evening. It was closed. To this day, I have never properly received my 15 euros back.

Food delivered incorrectly, can happen But then swapping the incorrectly delivered order at the customer's place and resulting in cold burgers...?! Ridiculous, don't order here

We ordered a kapsalon and a pizza. After the delivery driver initially couldn't find our house, it turned out the order was incorrect. A doner kebab had been made instead of a kapsalon. We called immediately; the man on the phone didn't seem to understand English or Dutch. And to top it all off, he hung up and didn't answer again! Never again for us.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! The restaurant does not even exist. It is a scam to get your money. I never got food delivered, payed online and lost my money. I even went to the adress and there is NO THAI RESTAURANT there. Will anounce this to the police in Amsterdam Zuidoost

5.50 for a bottle of water. 5.50 for a bottle of Spa Red Total 11 euros because you just got off the plane and are thirsty and there is nothing else available. Ridiculous, taking advantage of the situation. A bunch of idiots

Things are getting worse and worse with Backwerk. A healthy sandwich for 5.50, and it only has one slice of egg on it, nothing more. One slice of tomato and two slices of cucumber. I'm just eating dry bread. Every week they take more and more off. What a load of rubbish. I really hope they close this place down as soon as possible. Oh yeah, and the bread isn't baked properly and is tough. I'm truly ashamed that a good German brand like Backwerk is completely ruining it in the Netherlands. Typical stinginess of the Dutch. TIP: Go to Albert Heijn; the sandwiches are fresher, bigger, better filled, and cost a euro less.

Extremely rude staff especially in the morning. Wrong ingredients and zero accountability

What a bad place. The pizza was greasy, probably due to those filthy ovens of yours that you never clean. The place reeked of weed. Lots of hanging around, ridiculous.

Tasty, fast, and a (small), but diverse menu.

We order food here often, but things are getting worse and worse. Today is the last time there was a hair in my food and the gyros tasted spoiled. Too raunchy for words!!!

Got half the order to take home. So tiring.. how hard is it?

Long wait +/- 45 min. Food cold, probably already waiting for some other items. Milkshake wrong flavor. Receipt that didn't come out of the ordering machine. Because of this, it was also super busy, with people waiting for longer than an hour.
