Drove 40 minutes only to find yourself in front of a business that is permanently closed... it would be nice if this were also mentioned on the internet so that we could save the journey. very unfortunate
I just placed an order at Domino's Pizza in Borne and am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the ordering experience. I ordered a pizza with the buy-one-get-one-free offer, but to my great dismay, I discovered I'd accidentally added only one pizza to my cart, thinking the second free pizza would be added automatically.
When I contacted the store to rectify this, I was treated in a very unprofessional and rude manner. They refused to resolve the issue and offered no assistance whatsoever. It's disappointing to see a company place so little value on customer satisfaction.
Horrible place, we ate pizza in Italy - a lot,
but this is dry pizza, mozzarela is just the same like margharita, stuff is only looking to take you more money, really expensive for what you get! Place looks dirty and untidy.
On top - they insist that you pay in cash!!
Really bad experience.
The food was excellent, as it should be.
The atmosphere was great and clean.
It's just a shame that the toilet paper holders aren't replaced in time when they're almost empty. My daughter sat in the toilet without toilet paper.
This is the second time I've placed a takeout order here, and again, the prices are wrong. They're very unclear about the exact price. You see a price per kilo, but the final price seems to be much higher. Two skewers cost me €30, which I can't believe.
For two people, I paid €124, while it should normally be €60–80. It's not a pleasant or reliable experience. I won't be coming here again anytime soon and advise others to be very careful.
With a fast-food joint, it's hard to go wrong—just throw pre-cooked chicken into a deep fryer and make sure the place is reasonably tidy. It's nice to see that there are still places where the tables are littered with trash, the fries still taste like raw potato, and your order becomes more of a mystery box, so your boneless bucket suddenly contains some hot wings. In a way, that adds to the excitement. After all, you never know what you're going to get; that's also a form of service. The extra star is entirely due to the milkshake, which was filled to the brim. Possibly a form of compensatory behavior for the wait, because "fast" is more of an aspiration than a description here.
Worst KFC I ever visited. Cold chicken and fries. Im not sure how it turns out be this cold just after receiving the eat in order. Not crunchy at all. Zero star.
