The worst cafe I've ever seen. The prices are outrageously high and don't match the terrible taste at all. €77 for three desserts and three drinks that tasted awful... And the waitress who served us was even worse than the food and the price. If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. It's a waste of money.
Ordered food at 4:45 PM. Food delivered at 7:15 PM. We called twice, but we were constantly lied to. We were working on it, but after an hour they were still doing it.
After waiting for 2.5 hours, the order arrived. The food was lukewarm. The shawarma consisted mainly of hard, blackened pieces. The potatoes were overcooked, like chips. It was all very dry. Disgraceful! And then you pay 45 euros for a shawarma platter for 3 people. It's appalling how you're treated as a customer. Never order from here again. A company can be quite busy, but then your organization is out of whack. It's a shame we hadn't seen the reviews before. We definitely wouldn't have ordered from here then.
Ordered a thin-crust pizza.
I think a soggy slice of cardboard would be even more flavorful and filling than this. I won't be ordering from here again.
The food was delicious, but the sauce was way too little for both of us.
Not enough mayo for the fries and a dash of sauce, or the frikandel speciaal with a few slivers of onion.
Not nice when you're just paying a fortune for the sauce.
Not at all satisfied, as the information hasn't been updated on Google Maps because the building is under construction. A 30-35 minute drive for nothing. Disappointed!! Please update your information. Thank you.
We wanted to order pizza. Google said it was open until 10:45 PM, but then they told us on the phone that they close at 12:30 and that we had to order before 10:00 PM. We called at 9:50 PM and were told we couldn't order. The pizza was for takeout, and we live literally across the street. We'll never go back.
1 Star – Never again!
I placed an order with Mister Chicken House, but it was never delivered. When I called to ask what happened, I was treated extremely rudely. The person on the phone told me I was just “unlucky” and that he was “busy with other things.” Then he hung up on me while I was still speaking.
I was told my order would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund – but that never happened. No delivery, no customer service, no money back.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly advise against ordering from this place.
I went to get a coffee using a loyalty points system. I did not know though that this particular store was a franchise, and not a branch, so they can not accepts these points. I had already activated it, and so lost the points (as it has to be used in a particular amount of time). I was not angry at the baristas or manager, but I was a bit disappointed. In came Laura. Let’s just say, she sorted me out and I didn’t even ask for anything. What a freaking star. I don’t live here, but if I did, I would return every time just for her. Thanks Laura.
