I ordered food and it never arrived. I called the store, and they said we'd call back, but they never called back. We tried calling back for an hour, and they didn't answer until the store closed.
Nothing compares to this Indian restaurant in Amsterdam! It's number one! To place an order, it's best to call them directly and order through them. Then you can clearly specify what you want or ask for advice on how you'd like your dishes. I've been a customer for two years now! It's always been great, and delivery takes 45 minutes when it's busy! And 25 minutes when it's quiet! A truly perfect restaurant!
If Van Gogh needed caffeine instead of ear bandages, this would’ve been his spot.
Kiosk Van Gogh is a small but mighty stop with great coffee—the kind that makes you pause mid-sip and reconsider your life choices (mostly why you didn’t order a second cup).
Fast service, friendly vibe, and perfectly located for a pre- or post-museum caffeine fix. It doesn’t pretend to be fancy; it just delivers solid, reliable coffee when you need it most.
A quick stop, a strong brew, and zero existential crisis—well, maybe just a tiny artistic one.
Wasn’t planning on sharing a review but got an email asking for it so I’m also sharing here for other’s visibility.
Cozy vibe, good service, terrible food. Super simple food for a high price. Quality of food was quite low. Aubergine was undercooked and taste was just really average and flat and the sauce was not integrated in the dish. Oyster mushrooms, super simple dish with average taste! Entrecote was chewy with heavily salted cauliflower purée and sauce. Bread was nicely grilled but also super salted. All above and considering the small portions, we were wondering what it is that we are actually paying for! We stopped ordering more and switched to playing cards which was gezellig!
The bagel was amazing! The service is lovely! Unfortunately the latte tasted like milk more than coffee and even then I struggled a bit to get through it.
Italian restaurant. Italian cuisine. Italian owners.
Welcoming and clean place.
Wide variety on the menu. Very friendly and professional staff.
Wide variety of desserts, all beautifully made in full view. I tried the tiramisu and I must say I was surprised by its deliciousness.
A pleasant evening.
Short wait times.
As a foodie with a heartfelt Apulian roots, I give it five stars.
Hands down the best roti in town. I’ve been ordering the vegetarian roti with tempeh and aubergine for eight years, and it has never disappointed. The flavour is always spot on, and the portion size is just right.
It’s worth noting that this is a takeaway spot, not a sit-down restaurant, which might explain some of the comments about the space. Judging it by how it looks means missing out completely. I also often buy their Madame Jeanette sambal from here—there’s honestly no contender for it anywhere else. Anyone who skips this place is seriously missing out.
