De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

I had brunch at Blend Coffee & Wine, and I'm still thinking about the Eggs Benedict. It was so good! The eggs were perfect, with the yolk all runny just the way it should be. The hollandaise was amazing and there was loads of it. The bread was lovely too and held everything together really well. Every bite was delicious. The whole experience was great. The coffee (Buscaglione) was delicious too, the place is cozy with such a nice vibe, and the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. It's the perfect place for a long, relaxed brunch. Pro tip: sit outside on the beautiful waterside terrace. If you're in Amsterdam, don't skip this place, and definitely order the Eggs Benedict. I can't wait to come back!

Most awkward workers I've ever seen. I came for an Uber pickup, but when I entered I saw 3 people quite busy so I waited patiently by the counter but after more than 10 minutes not 1 of them has even looked at me. Since on my Uber app it said it was already ready I asked about it and 1 of them told me they we're making it. So I patiently waited again until they call my name when it's ready since they know it's for me. They put it on the counter and after more than 10 minutes waiting again I went to check and it was actually for me.. the fact none of them even called me to say it's ready.. never seen such a lack of service. The food was ok, the rice was quite mushy and you can just taste the lack of care.

Small cute coffee shop with an excellent Barista. We went a second time - coffee in Amsterdam is always special. Good choice of pastries and croissants

Simply a solid, good burger. 🍔 Not the best for me, but that's no big deal. There are so many burgers around these days, after all. So, for a solid and tasty everyday burger, just pop in and enjoy! 😌

★★★★★ Such a lovely find for brunch in Amsterdam! The place had a real buzz when we visited and was clearly popular, but everything still felt relaxed and welcoming. We both really enjoyed our food. The Indian-inspired pancakes were especially memorable, full of flavour and definitely not your usual brunch choice. The eggs Benedict was equally enjoyable and nicely prepared. The team were friendly despite having a very busy café to look after, and overall we felt well looked after. It’s the sort of place we’d happily pop into again on another trip to Amsterdam: tasty food and a very enjoyable start to our day.

Sooooo that was bad! I’m not very picky, but the pizza double truffle is definitely the absolute worst pizza at Beppe. It wasn't a favorite of mine to begin with, but we were in the neighborhood and there wasn't another pizzeria nearby. A pizza for 20.50, consisting of a baked pizza base, over which you push a cold ball of burrata with a few cold slices of ham about 5 minutes after it comes out of the oven. It tasted like absolutely nothing, and certainly not like truffle. So we indicated that we weren't really satisfied. The response from the girl who was visibly working there reluctantly was: “I can’t help it,” and she wasn't planning on wasting another word on it. Now we know for sure, at least: we are NEVER going to Pizza Beppe again! 🙃

The pizza tasted like the ones that come boxed and frozen from the supermarket. We ordered mushrooms, and were super salty - inedible. Good service, but we are not coming again.

After ordering through thuisbezorgd they delivered it warm, on time and friendly. When I noticed that the order wasn’t complete i has to call the restaurant and asked about the missing items and how to resolve the problem. Were human beings everyone can make a mistake. Only these guys did not want to send out the rest of the order. Also they did not want to refund the money for the missing items. They told me to call thuisbezorgd and fix it with them and hung up on me. Thanks for leaving your customers hungry while taking their money. The food was ok but with the treatment dont expect me to order ever again. I would highly recommend every other Indian restaurant because of this.

Call a delivery and took more than two hours yet not receiving the food. Very disappointing on the delivery services, uber delivery is handled by restaurant staff, so be mindful if choose to call delivery.

I ate here for the first time and I really enjoyed the food. We ordered a mixed grill for two people. The table was full. A nice mix of different types of meat, rice, salad, and pastries. We finished dinner with Moroccan tea. Simply delicious. I will be coming back here more often.

The food at Spang Makandra is absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time trying Surinamese cuisine, and I'm thankful it was at Spang Makandra! Truly a must visit for all future trips to/through AMS!

Worst pizza ever! Ordered a Capriciosa pizza. No mushrooms, delivered dry and cold. Never again!
