De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

I’ve Made an order using an app. After the estimated time I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the call told me the delivery man was at my door. I’ve spent about 40 minutes waiting and no one shown up. After that they stopped answering me in the phone. I’ve used my other cellphone and got mu call answered in the very first try. The same guy said the order would be here in a couple minutes. It was more than half hour ago. Now they just don’t answer my calls again, they don’t cancel the order…Almost 2 hours past the expected delivery time! Terrible attitude!

The staff was very friendly and made delicious food. The manager also came over for a nice chat. He was a nice guy.

I ate the beefburger last Saturday. The burger was way too raw, but I was chatting pleasantly and didn't pay attention to it. A few hours later, I felt nauseous and threw up during the night. The next morning, I did it again and had zero energy throughout the day. I tried calling them on a number listed on the Villa ArenA website, but the phone is not being answered. Very poor service, because you would actually say that the 22.50 for the beefburger should be refunded. I was sick all Sunday.

I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also inedible, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, what do you think I will never order here again, crazy stuff, yuck I strongly advise against it if you want to save your tongue and your stomach

The server was very funny and friendly. The waffles were absolutely delicious. It's very sweet and best served with cream to balance the flavours. It's the perfect dessert.

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Waited for more than 2.5 hours for my food, only for it to arrive cold, soggy, and a solid block of mush. Completely inedible. Judging by other reviews, this is a reoccurring experience for others as well, clearly they don’t care about quality or customers. I would definitely not recommend to order from here.

Cold food is what they serve customers here; apologies are offered and it is said to be passed on, but well, you get so little for your money, it has to be fast, fast, fast, and expensive.

Yeah listen to the other reviews here lmao Food is very mediocre (had pizza), gave us cheesy garlic bread that we didn't order and added it to the bill, and wouldn't you know it when going to pay the card machine didn't work 🤔 seems the card machine has been broken for about three years now 😭 just go to any of the other places down the street they're sure to be better than this

They kept me waiting for 4 hours for my food. When I had no other choice but to cancel my order, as they obviously were just unable to fulfill it, I still got charged 20 euros for the food, which I am now unable to get back. Robbery.

If I could 'give' 0 stars, I certainly would have! We had to wait 2.5 hours, called 3 times in total, and every time it was supposedly on its way. We asked for our money back, and then they just hung up. And calling back is pointless, because they just switched off the phone .. There goes my money, I am really angry!!

A good reminder that checking reviews is important when traveling. A real rip-off: the food was practically expired for an exorbitant price. We couldn't even finish it... Avoid it. Run the other way.
