I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also inedible, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, what do you think I will never order here again, crazy stuff, yuck I strongly advise against it if you want to save your tongue and your stomach

Honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. Waited for more than 2.5 hours for my food, only for it to arrive cold, soggy, and a solid block of mush. Completely inedible. Judging by other reviews, this is a reoccurring experience for others as well, clearly they don’t care about quality or customers. I would definitely not recommend to order from here.

Pretty much a tourist trap. The fast food is awful. The burger was very subpar, and the staff wasn't unfriendly, but that's about it. If you have questions, they can't help because they're temporary.

With a really low expectation from a KFC, it wasn't bad!

We ordered just before 1:00 AM, and the food simply wasn't delivered. We couldn't call because they were closed. We paid, but there was no food in sight.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! We waited 2.5 hours, called three times in total, and each time they said they were on their way. We asked for a refund, and they just hung up. And calling back is pointless, because they just turned the phone off. There goes my money, I'm really angry!

DON'T COME! It notifies you when you've already eaten that they don't have the postnet to pay by card.

They kept me waiting for 4 hours for my food. When I had no other choice but to cancel my order, as they obviously were just unable to fulfill it, I still got charged 20 euros for the food, which I am now unable to get back. Robbery.

Really embarrassing. After waiting 40 minutes, I called to ask if it would be faster to change delivery to pickup. "Yes, that's possible. You can pick it up in 5 minutes." 45 minutes later, the pizzas were ready...NOT! Three pizzas were ready, and one was forgotten. So after another 15 minutes of waiting: 3 lukewarm pizzas and one warm one...had to pick it up myself...after an hour and a half of waiting. Oh yeah, and the döner was out too, I accidentally discovered while calling. Truly scandalous.

In Romania, they eat much better sweets!

The server was very funny and friendly. The waffles were absolutely delicious. It's very sweet and best served with cream to balance the flavours. It's the perfect dessert.

Worst place ever. Save your money and dont order here!! Staff is rude and they wonr deliver your order

An absolute disappointment! The waffles are ridiculously overpriced – €17 for two basic waffles is outrageous. The owner clearly knew we were tourists and seemed to adjust the prices as he pleased. Even worse, the waffles were not freshly made but just store-bought ones, slightly warmed up, covered with a bit of glaze, and handed over without any effort. Definitely not recommended!

Pommes is good. But they cut the döner meat thickly, without any care. The meat has no taste or salt. They do a careless job.
