Placed an order around 16:00 for delivery at 17:30. 18:00 still no food so I call the restaurant. Turns out nothing is coming because they didn't have things in stock, and they tried to call me but didn't use the right number that I had correctly given and now it's going to take too long. So money back!!! Very bad solution and bad service!!! Not to be repeated!!!!
I’ve Made an order using an app. After the estimated time I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the call told me the delivery man was at my door. I’ve spent about 40 minutes waiting and no one shown up. After that they stopped answering me in the phone. I’ve used my other cellphone and got mu call answered in the very first try. The same guy said the order would be here in a couple minutes. It was more than half hour ago.
Now they just don’t answer my calls again, they don’t cancel the order…Almost 2 hours past the expected delivery time!
Terrible attitude!
Impersonal: order and pay immediately with a QR code, staff can't smile. Ordered 2 Aperol Spritz for € 10.75 each. This is how they serve it: in a small wine glass, no ice cubes and the taste is worthless; no mousse in the prosecco and no fizz in the soda. Ask for ice cubes: "the ice cube machine is broken" and the staff is gone. But hey, you've already paid. Tables around us ditto: order everything and then it turns out to be 'gone'. The place has only been open for 20 minutes so it can't be because of the crowd. This is next to Ziggo Dome where concertgoers sit down just before the show and have no idea that they are being ripped off simply 'because they can', because you don't know, you'll never come back anyway and there are enough victims who will sit down again anyway. A downright insult to the catering and hospitality industry this place!
I waited 1.5 hours, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting, the chicken was also unpalatable, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, yuck, when I called about it I got extra fries with the next order, how about I'll never order from here again, crazy stuff, yuck, I strongly advise against it to everyone if you want to save your tongue and your stomach.
If you respect yourself, don't come here.
This place is a disgrace to the KFC brand. Used and unused toilet paper litters the restroom floor—with the accompanying smell. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order—this isn't fast food, this is slow food at its worst. Instead of calling out our order number, the employee simply shouted, "Hey, man, come pick it up." Why do you even use a number system if it's not followed?
The staff seems unmotivated and disrespectful to customers. If you can't hire decent staff, close this location. That way, you'll at least spare the brand further reputational damage.
What hard workers and cheerful girls. They are super busy and still try to deliver you a great pizza with understaffing. That should be said because only people for whom complaining is a hobby respond here.
If I could give 0 stars I certainly would! We had to wait 2.5 hours, called 3 times in total, and each time it was supposedly on its way. We asked for our money back and they just hung up. And there's no point in calling back, because they just turned the phone off... There goes my money, I'm really angry!!
They kept me waiting for 4 hours for my food. When I had no other choice but to cancel my order, as they obviously were just unable to fulfill it, I still got charged 20 euros for the food, which I am now unable to get back. Robbery.
