It was inedible this time. I deliberately placed the lasagna order two hours in advance because lasagna often takes a long time. When I called about the delivery time, they said it would be another 10 minutes... so 2 hours and 10 minutes from the time of ordering... I probably forgot. I think the lasagna was quickly put in the microwave. It was one big, tough ball of cheese... inedible.
Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful location on the little square. At first, it seemed good. We ordered a tasty smoothie and the drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, after ordering lunch, it took more than 45 minutes! The crispy chicken was dry and the lettuce soggy. The service was unfriendly, and after mentioning that it was taking a long time, no apology was forthcoming. The waitress clearly wasn't in the mood either. So, for us, it is not worth repeating!
We were there last night with four people (two adults and two children).
The food was delicious, and I think the prices are really reasonable considering the location.
However, we were particularly impressed by the service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and really went out of their way to look after the kids.
We were able to order our food and drinks promptly, and we didn't have to wait long.
Great experience. We were very well received. We were a family of four. The dishes were very well prepared and generously served. Excellent value for money.
I had expected better food. It was not possible to sit in the children's corner. That is not recommended if you are visiting with a child. It is a bit annoying when different waiters come to take your order. Colleagues should coordinate among themselves who serves which table.
Echt onwijs slecht. Biertjes zonder koolzuur en nachos: een schaal chips met daarover (niet gelogen) 4 plakken Gouda kaas nog op elkaar geplakt half gesmolten. Zonder dipje of uitje, wat dan ook. Daar moesten we 26 euro voor betalen. Toen mijn man aangaf bij het personeel dat dit echt niet oké was, gaf de dame in kwestie aan: ja, wat wil je dat ik er aan doe, ik werk niet in de keuken?! Tja.... klantvriendelijk is het niet en echt zeer beroerde service.
If I order a Santa Fé pizza and clearly specify "WITHOUT PAPRIKA!!," I find it rather odd that it has paprika on it and no mushrooms... It's a bit of a shame.
On a quiet Sunday without events, I received soggy fries at FEBO for the first time in my life, even though they were freshly fried. That makes it even stranger. For €5.75 for a medium portion of fries, I expect a crispy and fresh product.
Additionally, several employees were standing in the back while customers were waiting to order. That did not come across as very customer-oriented. I also saw an employee repeatedly touching his face while working, which did not make a professional impression.
All in all, a disappointing experience, especially considering the price.
