Since it's been under new ownership, things have deteriorated significantly. The meat has been reheated so often that it's simply rock hard and disgusting.
Na een hartelijke ontvangst door Rosa hebben wij genoten van heerlijke sushi, een geweldige salade en een sublieme katsu sandwich. Wij waren echt blij verrast. De beste George vestiging qua eten. Bovendien snelle accurate bediening en een onovertroffen locatie buiten met uitzicht op het haventje. Kortom een meer dan terechte 5 sterren. Wij komen zeker terug.

I tried this place myself, and honestly, the food looked amazing and tasted just as good. Everything was nicely presented, fresh, and full of flavour.

I've rarely seen such a sluggish team. But the worst part is the person in charge of the "hot" food—unbelievable! Over 30 minutes to grill three sandwiches for two minutes. Only one cash register open, even though it's packed. A disgrace for an airport. It's absolutely urgent to get a competent manager in place to turn things around. Get moving!
The bread roll was ice cold, causing the rest of the food to be cold to lukewarm as well. I told this to the employee. Whether they will do anything about it is another matter. Paid a lot for a cold dish. I think it was a microwave-heated meal. In any case, I won't be eating rigatoni here. I can't judge the rest of the food...
During our stay at the hotel, we dined at this bistro, having made a reservation through the hotel reception. We received a friendly welcome and received very prompt service. We chose the three-course menu (which you won't find until the end of the menu). The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, so excellent value for money. Highly recommended during your stay at Van der Valk Eindhoven.
Ate here last night. What a misery. We took a seat inside. Received the menu card. We were not asked if we wanted something to drink. Have to call the server himself. There were no other guests present, we were the only ones. Order was taken and we asked if we could sit outside because of the heat inside. That was no problem. After a long time the food came. 2 pizzas and a salad. Tuna salad, no inspiration at all, way too expensive for what it was. Pizza 28b without onions was a calzone with chicken, which was not fully cooked, mushrooms that were still raw. Inside the calzone there was also a boiled egg!!!
Another pizza was one with kebab. Little taste. Went here once years ago and it wasn't a success then either. The bill was €40.50. When paying, it was said that we had eaten quickly, to which I indicated that it was terrible. Then we went around the corner to the chip shop. It was busy there.
Sadly, this was the first and last time I ordered from here.
The panini was incredibly dry, and the cheese hadn't even melted a bit. I also missed the tomato.
And that's not to mention the long delivery time!
