Just called for a chicken burger and asked if it was really chicken breast or a schnitzel; the man said chicken breast, but apparently this is just a schnitzel. Paid extra for bacon only to receive just one thin slice, and the website shows cheddar cheese everywhere in the photos, but apparently the man only has slices of mature cheese.

I like your KFC, guys, but yesterday for the third time in few months I didn’t get the complete order. One time I was missing a burger, than a burger and sauces and one time fries. Each time I realized when already at home. I’m gonna check it on spot from now on, cause that’s money, fast food is not cheap anymore. You’re good and nice, but you could improve that.

We stonden om 1800 uur voor de deur om een hapje te eten, werd ons meegedeeld dat ze gingen sluiten. Eventueel konden we nog een kopje koffie drinken. We zijn doorgereden.

HOW OFTEN CAN SOMETHING GO WRONG? The last 4 times, something went wrong every single time. People pay money for the food. That is what people work for, too.

Vanavond hebben mijn vriendinnen en ik gegeten bij Bodega y Tapas aan de Poelestraat. Helaas kreeg mijn vriendin tijdens het diner hevige rugklachten, mogelijk gerelateerd aan haar nieren. Aangezien haar situatie snel verslechterde, besloten we direct naar de spoedeisende hulp te gaan. We hebben de bediening uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was en gevraagd of er een vorm van tegemoetkoming mogelijk was, aangezien we slechts twee rondes hadden kunnen eten. Zonder enige empathie of overleg werd dit direct afgewezen, en we moesten het volledige bedrag betalen, ondanks dat we nauwelijks van onze avond hebben kunnen genieten. Wij begrijpen dat restaurants regels hebben, maar in uitzonderlijke gevallen zou enige flexibiliteit of klantvriendelijkheid op zijn plaats zijn. Erg jammer, want dit is niet wat je verwacht van een horecagelegenheid waar gastvrijheid centraal zou moeten staan.

Very poor. They arrived 20 minutes late, and you pay over €5 for a portion of fries that are cold, dry, and limp. Even the frikandels were cold and dry. NOT recommended!

It's 0 stars, but I had to give it 1. It was terribly greasy (a bad way to use too much cheap, rancid cheese), it was shamefully expensive, and the service was -100. I'm still trying to find the humor in it, but the situation isn't funny at all.

The food was delivered on time, but the kapsalon didn't come with lettuce, and the sauce was served separately instead of inside. The fries seemed reheated. And the tuna pizza gave me a stomach ache right away. Today was the first and last time we ordered from here.

The best sushi place in Groningen by far! Sushi is always fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly. :)
