We have ordered a few times now and it is getting worse every time. They often forget something, and this time they arrived with children in their car. The potatoes tasted like they had been sitting there for half an hour. It is really getting worse. The order arrived half an hour late. I didn't get a message back or anything about the things they forgot last time, and now they have forgotten something again. For instance, last time they forgot the pizza out of two items, and it arrived cold later. This is just not right. Other people's receipts are attached to it too, so I can easily see who ordered what, so privacy isn't great either.

Never order from them again, waited more than 2 hours for my pizza, also indicated without mushrooms and cutting, unfortunately there were mushrooms on it and not cut, also the pizza was quite cold, delivery lady was nice and friendly. 1st time but also the last time I ordered from here.

Lots of hanging crowd. Come for the employees and very loud music and noise in the shop. Maybe nice for take-away

Extremely slow service with the pasta, it seemed like they’re on slow motion while they still had enough time to chitchat on top of the food. I ordered pesto pollo, worst pesto I’ve ever had, and there’s as little as one spoon of shredded chicken in there… totally a waste of money

Het was heerlijk eten. De service was erg snel en vriendelijk en de sfeer was gezellig. Er waren mooie muurschilderingen met leuk decor. Ik kom zeker terug!

Friendly staff and delicious food.

Pizza was only delivered an hour and a half after ordering and was almost cold upon arrival. Not the fault of the delivery person, who was friendly. An hour after ordering, an employee calls to say that unfortunately everything is taking a bit longer due to the crowds. The employee indicates that he cannot indicate when the pizza will be delivered, because the employee is too busy to call everyone. Then get on a scooter, bike or in the car yourself...

If you order a Spicy Buffalo Chicken pizza for almost 18 euros, you get a pitiful disk of dough WITHOUT ranch, WITHOUT chicken and WITHOUT buffalo sauce. While those are literally the ingredients that define this pizza. As if that wasn't bad enough, the store only calls to say that the garlic sauce is gone - fine, it happens. But then they simply deliver half a pizza without 3 of the 5 toppings and say nothing about it, give no discount and no money back. For such a price I expect quality and decent service. This was pure fraud. Not even worth one star. Papa John's Hilversum, you have lost me as a customer.

Personale gentilissimo, cibo buono e locale tranquillo a due passi dal Palazzo Reale . Ultima punto è non meno importante a loro favore , tutto il personale parlava italiano ☺️
