It used to be good, but unfortunately, over the last year, there has been something wrong every time: smaller pizza than ordered, wrong crust, ordered extra shawarma but didn't get it, and just now we specifically asked for chicken nuggets in an extra note (because we got chicken pops last time) and got chicken pops again. This is very disappointing... New York Pizza Head Office does nothing further with complaints.

Food = garbage. Even my neighbor at the next table felt the same way I did: salt with salt. You might as well not bother. Just give up on restaurants altogether. For that price, €14.50 for a pizza with extra cheese, you might as well not bother, no matter how late it is or how desperately you need to eat.

You can say what you want, but it was so delicious. I spoke to you once (2 years ago) and now, with a heavy heart, I got some shawarma. Nowhere in Schiedam or Rotterdam is it as good as here, haha, almost as good as in The Hague.

The food is good but the prices are a bit high. An extra euro per menu, an extra euro for the sauce, etc. But above all, the seller is really not friendly; he doesn't hesitate to huff and puff and complain as soon as a request is made. However, I must admit that the Turkish pizza diner cheese is rather good.

Bizarrely bad service. Waited more than 2 hours for a pizza and didn't receive it. Called in the meantime and got an incredibly unfriendly employee on the line. I was told that the delivery driver was already on their way. After waiting another half hour, I called again and was suddenly told that they were only going to make my pizza then?! Hard to reach by phone, no communication from their side, and incredibly unfriendly staff.
