Order placed after 2.5 hours, still no food. Service was terrible, and they even criticized me when I called to ask where my food was. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this place. If they treat their customers like this, you can probably guess how they treat their food. One star is still too much for this place.
I'm supposed to give one star, but they don't give a single one. Poor service. They wouldn't believe we were all 18+. They treated each other poorly. Our friend had an ID card and wasn't allowed to spin the wheel. The meager appetizers were absolutely disgusting. The glasses were covered in mice. A terrible place.
We were on vacation at Center Parcs Het Heijderbos and ordered from Dominos in Gennep.
Ordering and paying online is very convenient.
Delivery was fast!
The young man came by bike, and we were able to pick up our order at the Center Parcs entrance, which wasn't a problem since we had a vacation home nearby.
The pizza was warm and delicious! We often order from Dominos when we're at Center Parcs in the Netherlands, as we're familiar with it from Germany and are always very satisfied.
We weren't disappointed here and would order from here again!
Thank you very much!
The staff spent more time chatting with each other than working, even though there were 8-10 orders on the screen. We had to wait 40 minutes longer than the indicated time. We had to choose a different pizza because they didn't have chicken anymore.
Food tasted rly mid, almost tasteless. We didnt even get the soup we ordered and still paid a whole price?!!!! Half of the rice felt as its uncooked and vege menu is just full of tiny leftovers from other meals i guess!!! Bleh!!!! Also lots pictures of half naked dude, no one wants to see it bro.
I was hesitant to order because of the bad reviews, but I did because of the good reviews on Thuisbezorgd.
I disagree with the bad reviews. Delivered on time (quickly, even). The food was piping hot, far from cold or late. Is ordering Chinese food ever the most flavorful food? No. Was it good? Exactly what you expect when you order Chinese food? Yes.
The food is served lukewarm, and if you mention it, you're met with the response, "It is what it is, this is how we serve it here."
I don't know if all the staff are this bad, but the Italian man working on September 25th shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry.
For a household, which in my situation consists of one person, it is not feasible to place an order with a minimum spend of €30.00. This amounts to more than I can eat in one meal. When I look at my favorites list, cold dishes and "Sushi dishes" are not at the top for me. For an order under €40.00, I also have to deal with delivery costs and a fee. So I have no choice but to place an order elsewhere.
I placed an order a few weeks ago, called several times, and after 2.5 hours, I still hadn't received it. I canceled the order, but calling the front office wasn't a problem. However, I haven't received a refund yet, and unfortunately, I can't get through to the head office either.
Ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later than "planned." It sat on "ready for shipment" for over half an hour. The result: late delivery and lukewarm food. Unfortunately, not the first time, but certainly the last.
Never again. Ordered a menu yesterday; everything was lukewarm instead of warm/hot. The nasi and bami seemed to have just come out of the microwave reheated, and the fou young hai was watery. The babi pangang was dry, just like the cha siu. Also ordered satay skewers... the meat was so dry that it was impossible to eat them with the satay sauce. A waste of money; we might as well have thrown it straight into the trash. The only upside was the fast delivery... logically, it has probably been sitting reheated for days waiting for delivery (though that is how it tastes). From now on, we will order from somewhere else.
