I wanted a Hawaii pizza with onions, salami and more. They mistakenly made it into something else. So they apologized and gave me a free drink. Otherwise the pizza tasted really good.
I spent an afternoon here with my sister. We have been helped very well. We really felt like VIP guests. And that is mainly because of Ginger's great service that she offered us. She is the best!! 🥰
WARNING!! Do not order even if you can through the website. The food will not be delivered, but the money will be debited from your account. Unreachable by phone. Too bad, because the food used to be good.
Great food, ordered a kapsalon chicken fillet and a Turkish pizza, extra sauce, everything was on it and the food was delivered hot within 20/25 minutes, quality food, definitely recommended!
Ministrone soup was clearly past its sell-by date and definitely disgusting. I had diarrhea and nausea for five days afterward. The pizza wasn't anything special either.
The man is really disrespectful to women. We'd been waiting almost an hour for our food, and my fiancée called to ask how things were going. The guy was immediately rude to her and didn't even let her finish. I don't appreciate this kind of behavior. There are only two of them. Yes, it can be incredibly busy, but that doesn't give you an excuse to be rude! Hire more people or close the place down!
Ordered food at 2:00 PM, still not delivered by 6:00 PM. In the meantime, I kept calling, promising new times when it would arrive. There was a lack of understanding, no apology over the phone, and no compensation after we explained it was no longer needed. If you have plenty of time, order here! Otherwise, don't!
The food is delicious and there's plenty of space, but I can't say the same about the hospitality.
We repeatedly encounter the same problems.
* Little interest in helping customers.
* Customers are sometimes ignored at the cash register.
* Sometimes I get an attitude when I have a normal question, and sometimes there's unfriendliness.
* Very closed and inflexible.
* Quickly closing the location even though there's still time before the restaurant closes.
I understand it's a busy work environment, but if the problem is repeated and leaves a negative impression on our dates too often, then that's less important.
