I ordered a pizza, but it took a whopping 1.5 hours, which is really not normal, and it was also really expensive. I am never getting a pizza from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!! You pay almost 25 euros for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. And what do you get? See the picture. I can't describe in normal words how disgusting this is!! And then you call and get a lame answer from the "manager": the grill is off and the bread was gone. Dude, you're a burger joint. No call or an "okay," which is nothing. You just don't get what you ordered at all?? The guy just wanted to go home, I think. There was no bacon on it either. I call this theft and I'm going to do everything I can to get my money back; this is criminal. And the most disgusting shit-eaten food I've ever seen. This place needs to be CLOSED!!!!!!!! DAMN IT!

A pizza is just standard quality, better than Domino's.

The place looks neat in itself, but a döner kebab without salad is served *with* salad; the chicken fillet was super dry and the salad with the spare ribs smelled strange. Dirty toilet too... The staff were friendly, but we will never come here again. Too bad.

The food is served lukewarm; when you mention this, you get the remark "it is what it is, this is how we serve it here." I don't know if all the staff are this bad, but the Italian man who was working on September 25th shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry.

I was hesitant to order because of the bad reviews, but I did because of the good reviews on Thuisbezorgd. I disagree with the bad reviews. Delivered on time (quickly, even). The food was piping hot, far from cold or late. Is ordering Chinese food ever the most flavorful food? No. Was it good? Exactly what you expect when you order Chinese food? Yes.

Ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later than "planned." It sat on "ready for shipment" for over half an hour. The result: late delivery and lukewarm food. Unfortunately, not the first time, but certainly the last.

We had a great experience with Jort -- he was a very pleasant and attentive server. He was the highlight of our experience! He helped us navigate allergy friendly options on the menu. We also enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, too. The food was all right -- it was plated nicely, and certainly beat regular airport food.

I usually don’t have high expectations, but this experience was not great. Food was okay-ish, but having to wait over 20 minutes just for fries is not great for a fast food style restaurant. Efficiency is pretty much non-existent.

I recently ordered from Juicy Island and, to be honest, it was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the food didn't look appealing to begin with. The portion was on the small side, especially considering the price. What stood out most was the almost complete lack of sauce. The dish is supposed to be flavorful and juicy, but it was quite dry and really lacked that "juicy" experience you'd expect from this name. The fries and chicken were prepared okay in themselves, but without sufficient sauce, the overall experience just doesn't live up to expectations. It feels like they are cutting corners on key aspects. For this price, you expect more flavor, better presentation, and a fuller portion. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Hopefully, they will improve this in the future, but I wouldn't be quick to order again like this.
