Picked up pizza today. Received very friendly service. A complimentary drink while waiting for the pizza. The pizzas tasted delicious, the crust was great, and the base was very good (not soggy or greasy). Definitely worth ordering or picking up from here.

The amount you spend vs the amount of food you get is very much not in proportion. Order literally anywhere else if you want your money's worth.

The food arrived after two hours and everything was cold. I called to say the food wasn't good, handed it over to the delivery guy, and then he said I would get my money back in two weeks. Two weeks later, I called again and they said they would call me back later. I do not recommend you; the food bag had stale bread and stale fries, completely cold, it looks terrible.

Waited 1 hour. Got the wrong pizza. Called and then I was told I would get the right pizza. After waiting another hour, I finally got the right pizza, after which he still wanted the previous pizza back after 2 hours. And I didn't get anything free with it as an apology. The place is literally a 3-minute walk away. 😐

Great new concept: pay for delivery and pick it up yourself! If you enjoy endless waiting, Taco Mundo is the place for you. After waiting an hour and a half for our order, we just drove there ourselves (we were at the care center with a disabled person, a whole 5 minutes away). At the shop, we were told that the delivery driver had left "30 minutes ago." Quite an achievement for a 5-minute drive; hopefully, he found his way back. Once home, the order turned out to be incomplete as well—always fun, that element of surprise. So, back to the shop again. And the generous compensation for our completely ruined evening and all the driving back and forth? Drumroll... One whole Capri Sun! What unprecedented generosity. Absolutely a worthless place. Save yourself the trouble (and the gas).

I read these negative comments and it makes me feel weird. Every time I go to Dunkin Venlo alone, or with my friends (mostly 2 times a month) I receive smile from service. Very polite, friendly. Explains everything the best they can even if not always speak english (they dont have to do that) . Drinks, if it is a mistake, always fixes it. One time I did a mistake ordering and payed too much money, got everything fixed very fast. Food is fresh. Many choises if you go earlier, during buisy days many locations sell out production. Thats normal. I really like this place and fully reccomend to visit 😁👌

I received very pleasant service. I had accidentally ordered takeout from another branch but was still able to pick it up here without extra charge.

You know what I would find really chill? If those delivery cars of yours didn't drive through Hilversum like maniacs. I understand that you want to deliver that pizza quickly, but if you cause an accident, that doesn't seem proportionate to me.

Always good experiences with Kelebek. They deliver until late at night and are always right on time. The person who usually brings it (at night) is also super friendly. The food always tastes good too! I really enjoy ordering here, and often during my night shift. That way, I at least always know for sure that everything will turn out well and I can enjoy a nice meal.

Such a shame. You think you're ordering something, only to finally receive your order and find nothing is what you ordered. BBQ chicken without the BBQ sauce, Fernandes but you get a Coke, and instead of pizza bites you get a pizza baguette. Definitely not worth repeating.

Unbelievable experience. A delivery driver felt the need to insult me ​​and my daughter for all sorts of things. And made serious threats. And all because the guy had to brake for a second as I was about to park. 16 years old and such a mouth. Simply bizarre. I will never order from here again.
