What a terrible, customer-unfriendly, dysfunctional Smullers branch this is. Truly rude. They don't listen to customers, don't tolerate complaints, and don't take you seriously. Treated like a number. I'm always polite and considerate of the other side, but I'm treated outrageously here. Moreover, the fries are soaked in grease. The manager is a somewhat excessive (frying) grease collector, regionally, who makes no effort whatsoever to maintain customer satisfaction.
He ruins the work atmosphere for everyone else. A mystery guest visit from Smullers would suffice. He's not worthy of the concept.
Props to the blond guy, who, despite everything going wrong, is still trying to get something done.
I was hesitant to order because of the bad reviews, but I did because of the good reviews on Thuisbezorgd.
I disagree with the bad reviews. Delivered on time (quickly, even). The food was piping hot, far from cold or late. Is ordering Chinese food ever the most flavorful food? No. Was it good? Exactly what you expect when you order Chinese food? Yes.
Returned the pizza, and after over an hour, they wanted me to pay for a cold pizza. I advised them not to pay upfront, but at the door and check if it's cold. Joj had to leave without any money.
The food is served lukewarm, and if you mention it, you're met with the response, "It is what it is, this is how we serve it here."
I don't know if all the staff are this bad, but the Italian man working on September 25th shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry.
Ordered online at 6:15 PM for 6:45 PM. Still hadn't heard anything by 7:15 PM, so I called. They arrived 20 minutes later, but it was the wrong order. I called back, and they brought the correct order. The poke bowl was fine, although they used smoked salmon instead of sashimi salmon, which wasn't specified when ordering. The food was fine, but I wouldn't order from them again.
I placed an order a few weeks ago, called several times, and after 2.5 hours, I still hadn't received it. I canceled the order, but calling the front office wasn't a problem. However, I haven't received a refund yet, and unfortunately, I can't get through to the head office either.
We've never had so many bones in my meat; after shredding it, there was more bone than meat.
Parts of the order were missing, and the roti was dry. Worst €75 ever.

I ordered here and had to wait two hours. I thought it was taking too long, so I ended up calling them 13 times, and nobody answered. When I got there, the order was incomplete, but calling isn't helpful here either.
I ordered food at 3:00 PM for 6:00 PM. It didn't arrive until 6:30 PM!!! The food was cold! I didn't accept the order. This restaurant left me hungry. Overall, I don't recommend it. If I could, I'd give it zero stars!!! I hope they refund my money, but with this kind of customer service… I definitely don't recommend it.
I don't think it's fair that the prices are displayed without VAT. I also don't think the card payment fee is reasonable! The to-go fee is fair because the ladies packed the food well! The food was good and fresh!
