We ordered food at 5:30 PM; it was supposed to be delivered no later than 7:00 PM (which we thought was quite late for just two pizzas). It's now almost 7:45 PM and still nothing has been delivered. The website says there's compensation for delays, but after calling twice, we're always given the same story: "It's going out now." We also explicitly asked twice to speak to a manager, but they're supposedly unavailable. Poor communication, empty promises, and absolutely no service... it remains to be seen if they'll even show up, and the pizzas will probably be cold by then.
We were at this restaurant yesterday, there are new owners and team and also a new restaurant name, I think it is Almero, it is called. That was delicious pizza with special offer and perfect pasta.
Don't order from this website!
The owners have closed down, and the property has been rented to someone else who is currently renovating.
The phone number no longer exists, but you can still order and pay through the website, so you'll never receive an order.
I order food and clearly indicate that I'm in a hurry and will be back shortly. There are no customers, and it was quiet. When I return, to my great surprise, the portly employee is still on his phone. I confront him, and he reluctantly starts making my food. In the end, instead of a cheeseburger, I get a chicken burger with barely any sauce. I've been coming here almost daily for a while now, and what strikes me is that the employee is extremely unhygienic, doesn't speak a word of Dutch, and wears the same clothes every day. Incredibly dirty and unhygienic!
Picked up a three dish meal. It was prepared quick and the food was good. Especially for the low price. In my opinion a good place to get Chinese food.
I ordered two Drenthe bulbs here because I had to be in Assen and the bakery in Dwingeloo was closed.
I picked them up on August 11th, and when I got home, I saw that they had a "best before" sticker on them, dated August 12th. It was a gift for my parents, but it wasn't nice to give old junk. I sliced both bulbs and put them in the freezer to keep them somewhat "fresh." It's a shame you have to pay full price for them. First and last time.
Last Saturday we ordered two pizzas, including a gyro pizza. The order arrived a little late, which can happen. However, upon receipt, we discovered the gyro pizza had been replaced with half a cheese and tuna pizza.
We tried calling the store several times, but were always told no one was available. After five attempts, we gave up. I'm allergic to fish, so I couldn't eat the pizza!
So, we paid, but essentially didn't have dinner. I then contacted customer service, but received no response from them either!
This isn't a mistake; it's simply poorly organized and unfriendly. Lost money, no food, no service. Disgraceful!
