I have never received such poor service from a waitress and then a manager in my life. I asked what was in the stew and the waitress said " I dont know, I dont work in the kitchen". I asked her if she can find out and she looked visibly annoyed at me. 10mins later she had not returned to give me my answer, but proceeded to serve 3 other tables and take their orders. One of our guests had to get up and go over to her to ask her to come back and take our order. 5mins later I then got up and went over to the manager to let her know that we hadnt been served yet and she told me to sit down. At that point our table of 11.decided to leave and when I was paying I let the manager know why we were leaving and she told me "if you let me talk I'll explain".
Poor service, even worse management. Its not wonder they only have 2.9 stars.
The menu didn't match the one on their website. Prices had gone up significantly, and they didn't have any good sandwiches anymore. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else.
First two orders, products were fresh and tasty, although the delivery times were not great. However, third and final order, the twister fries were ancid and overdone, so not edible, chicken burger not great, and also had missing portion of onion rings. Ordered through uber eats.
I waited two hours for my order, and there was a nail in my babi pangang. The foe yong hai and chap choi tasted like nothing. The nasi was incredibly salty! The phone wasn't answered, despite four attempts.
20 minutes after placing the order, it was suddenly canceled. - mockery, deplorable service, I do not recommend it to anyone.
give this place a wide berth - do you want to eat? you won't get it because we will close it and your delivery will be canceled.
They don't answer the phone.
A clean and well-organized BackWerk with the full selection available during my visit. Everything looked fresh and was continuously refilled. I tried two baguettes (chicken and cheese) and both tasted good, fresh, and came in decent portions — contrary to some other reviews, there was more than enough on the sandwiches.
The staff was very friendly, attentive, and efficient. There were four people working: two preparing food, one at the counter, and one keeping everything tidy. Service was fast and pleasant. Prices were normal for a busy train station area — I paid around €12 for two baguettes and a chocolate croissant, which is fine for a grab-and-go snack.
I didn’t try the coffee, but for a quick bite on the go, I would definitely come back. A solid experience and a reliable choice when passing through Utrecht Centraal.
Just ordered food for three people at 6pm, paid, received a proper confirmation email... Now almost 3 hours later still nothing... I got in the car, went there, the whole building was empty... They're dirty scammers!!!! 😤😡😠🤬
I ordered an 8-inch pizza. But if you think you'll get a pizza filled to the rim, like in the photos they advertise, you're wrong. Of that 8-inch, maybe 10cm was filled, the rest was rim. Such an expensive joke! The taste was fine.
This was my first order from this chain. Too bad.
It's strange that the tomato sauce tastes like curry, very striking, it ruins the pizza. I'm getting a little depressed about it. I think this pizza is going to cost me a therapy session, God Jesus.
I waited over an hour and a half for a cold pizza. Next time, please let me know in advance if it's going to take that long. My pizza is still in the oven, so I should have gotten a frozen one.
It's nice that all the ingredients are on my pizza this time.
