Ordered pizza here after going out via Uber Eats. The order was supposed to be delivered between 6:15 and 6:35. It didn't arrive until after 7:00, and I wasn't kept informed about it. You might think it takes a while, but you get what you pay for, but nothing could be further from the truth. In my 26 years on this planet, I've never experienced such disgusting pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza tastes like a stale dishcloth with tomato sauce. I'd skip this one.
Look… i never complain but c’mon stiffe new york pizza. this is how my thin margherita pizza showed up after i literally tipped the delivery guy for pushing through this weather. i open the box and i’m just shocked. this is straight up not edible. no one in their right mind would look at this and call it a pizza you can eat. so i call and the lady on the phone asks me to send a picture. she puts me on hold and then tells me this “just happens” when you order this type of pizza. so i just have to accept it. no new pizza no refund. it’s a damn shame. schetsers.
This Halloween buffet was definitely a horror show.
The food wasn't good and wasn't replenished often enough. Dirty tables and a lackluster atmosphere. There wasn't much to do with Halloween, other than some green rice.
Come half an hour before closing for Turkish pizza.
I pay 24 euros for 2 pizzas
Divided his OWN half-eaten bowl of kapsalon over the pizzas, 1 pitiful bowl of sauce for both pizzas and just barely pushed us out of the store.
Pizza was edible, but 24 euros for this, I feel completely ripped off.
If you don't want to have customers this late, just close earlier seriously.
Poor service and empty promises
I ordered two hamburgers with fries, but received only one portion of fries. Furthermore, the hamburger and the fries that were delivered were cold. When I called, they refused to immediately replace the missing fries, but instead wanted to "note it down for next time." Since I do not want to order here again after this experience, that was of no use to me.
I was then promised that I would get my money back within a minute, but this turned out to be a lie. The next day, I went to the establishment to settle it in person. The manager felt sorry for me and promised that I would receive the full amount back within 5 days. Instead, I received an email stating that I would only receive 5 euros back.
Customers are strung along here with empty promises. They will never see me order here again.
Extremely poor service. There are two women and one man behind the counter. The man has his hair down, which is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. It's incredibly disgusting when someone hangs over the coffee/cappuccino with their hair blowing in the wind. They could really learn something about HACCP. Furthermore, the staff doesn't speak in two words, making them come across as very unfriendly and rude when they simply throw or shove your order at you without even smiling, which really makes you feel like you won't be coming back. Simply a missed opportunity.
I also don't think this can always be dismissed as a "staff shortage."
Iced coffee is fine! The sandwich is really stingily filled. And you pay 6 euros for that... it's supposed to be cream cheese, but there's nowhere to find that cream cheese.
