What a hopeless situation!
We waited for fifteen minutes at the entrance, and no one came to ask what we were doing or show us to our table! We went somewhere else!
Bad food, bad service, dilapidated interior. Booked and paid for via Tripper All you can eat. Also made a reservation at the restaurant. Upon arrival, nothing was known about a reservation, I even had the reservation confirmation in my hand. We were allowed to eat but had to pay again on the spot. Very bad. There were also no other guests in the restaurant. So paid twice and both Tripper and Payal pretend they know nothing. I will never go here again. A big scam.
Extremely poor service. We came from another city specifically to order here because we wanted to redeem a gift card (it was about to expire). Unfortunately, the staff said they were too busy to scan the card, and the corresponding device was empty, and no one knew where it was. How do you mean customer-friendly?

An hour later, I called the branch and was told they were on their way.
Finally, they hung up immediately. September 29th, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. The delivery driver banged on the door unnecessarily. The pizza was cold, very strange, a 5-minute bike ride.
I called again. I did get a new pizza, but was hung up on again. It was so convenient. I'd throw the pizza that was on its way in the trash, and I'd rather eat this cold one.
If you choose 11:45 delivery, specify in the comments "11:50 if possible."
The delivery driver arrives at 11:40 and you get a rude response when you can't accept the order until 11:45. "I have better things to do."
You ask the company for clarification because they want feedback, and they ignore it.
Budgetbroodjes apparently thinks they're more important than their customers. Bizarre!
