No red wine in stock, reason: end of season, but the campsite is full. Dry white wine: only Chardonney. Of the 4 glasses, 3 were chilled. Pizza 4 fromaggio was tasteless. The reason for this was supposedly that they had indicated they didn't want blue cheese. Nothing was said about this; on the contrary, the diner loves blue cheese. We spoke to the manager about this, but she dismissed the complaint. The waitress handled it politely and correctly and is certainly not to blame. But they won't see us again...

Ordered food that never arrived. No one answers the phone, the branch sometimes turns out to be simply closed even though the website says they are open. Even head office has no idea about this. Completely worthless.

I thought I'd just grab a nice sandwich at Backwerk. Well, unfortunately, that wasn't going to happen. What an arrogant attitude those employees have. The women, especially, seem like they'd rather get rid of you than love you. A real missed opportunity for this sandwich shop.

Ordered food and it took an incredibly long time (waited 3 hours). They are unreachable by phone. So, worthless service. Fortunately, the food was okay, but that might also be because we had to wait so long. Never again, in any case.

I tried to order two sandwiches around lunchtime today. There was one brie sandwich and several healthy sandwiches in the display case. I indicated that I wanted two brie sandwiches. No!! This was the choice I had to make. It is ridiculous that the lady couldn't prepare an extra brie sandwich. I was the only one in the shop. Very poor, I just bought at Jumbo instead.

Unbelievable. 12.5 euro for a gin and tonic and the glass is broken. Throw away broken glasses.

The food was tasty and served super fast, exactly what we ordered. It was also very nice that there is a wheelchair lift, so my grandma could still use the restroom on the first floor. Other than the music being just a little too loud, there is nothing to complain about – simply a very nice fast food restaurant!

Iced coffee is fine! The sandwich is really stingily filled. And you pay 6 euros for that... it's supposed to be cream cheese, but there's nowhere to find that cream cheese.
