Toon van de eigenaar naar klanten is abnormaal onbeschoft. Scheld ze voor het minste en geringste verrot om ze daarna bijna letterlijk de zaak uit de schoppen.

We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches while there were two people ahead of us (the kitchen takes about 5 minutes to make one sandwich), and then we even got the wrong order. We won't be coming here again.

The staff here are always more than friendly and work in a neat and hygienic manner.

The pizza arrived a good 20 minutes late and was lukewarm. The phone went unanswered when I tried to inquire about the delivery status. No more NYP for me!

It really is a gamble to order from this place. It is either delivered very late or quickly. I would not order from them if I were starving.

We waited literally 2.5 hours. My husband called the store three times, only to be told each time by the employee that the delivery driver would be there within 10 minutes. We live literally 10 minutes away by bike. It's a shame we hadn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise we would never have ordered from here on our Saturday night. Now let's hope we actually get our money back within 5 business days, as stated on the phone. Once we arrived, the pizzas had to be put back in the oven. The delivery driver (a woman) said she'd cycled around with our pizzas for an hour (yuck). She was the only delivery driver all evening and said she was stressed (sad for her). Do something about this, New York Pizza Weerwal!!!

What a fantastic experience! I recently dined at Sphinx and it was truly excellent.

I ordered a family-sized portion of kibbeling for two people to eat there, but only received one container of kibbeling. In addition, I received two mini containers of ravigotte, which were also ridiculously overcharged. The quality of the kibbeling was truly terrible: far too greasy, and several times, a "piece of fish" was simply a mouthful of thick, soggy batter. I felt sick for two days, so this is a place I will never return to. I seriously advise others to think carefully before ordering from here (!)

I ordered two pizzas, ate one bite, and threw them both away. I've ordered from here before, but this one was simply inedible. It was so tough that I'd rather eat a frozen pizza. :(

"The pizza was charred black on the bottom, which completely ruined the flavor and gave it a strong burnt taste. When I called, the manager refused to offer a solution because a piece had already been eaten. I find this unreasonable; you don't flip a pizza before you start eating it. A waste of money! I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant due to the quality and the lack of service.

I ordered something like this from them at 10:45 PM, it's 12:31 AM and it still hasn't arrived. I'm saying no one is answering. It's incredibly annoying.
