This evening, the restaurant provided very friendly service and excellent customer service. The person on the phone was clearly very familiar with the products and ingredients they offer. The order was also delivered very quickly. Upon arrival, the extra toppings we ordered were missing, which can happen. Even though we didn't need compensation, we were still surprised with two ice creams. Besides this, they provided excellent follow-up and showed genuine interest in their customers. All in all, pleasant, good service.

Waited a bit too long, order arrived incorrectly. Expected more for the price you pay.

I ordered at 9:24 PM, and the food was supposed to arrive at 10:03 PM. Half an hour after it was supposed to arrive, it still hadn't arrived, so I called and they didn't answer. After 5 minutes, I called again and they said they were busy. Five minutes later, I called again, and they simply hung up. I called six times in total. Ultimately, the food NEVER arrived. These people are scammers. NEVER order from here.

The worst BK in town, eats off the floor, it's healthier....Very disappointing... I ask if I can charge my phone using the outdoor outlet. They tell me I have to buy something first. I was going to do it anyway. I pay for two meals, and then they tell me the outdoor outlets don't work. If I want, I can put it at the counter, but to check from time to time; they're not responsible. Why don't they just tell me they don't work? Because of the sale of two meals? This restaurant is so needy that they have to deceive? I'd do crowdfunding for them, what a shame. Anyway... I won't be back... they're in a lot of need, from what I can see.

Ander halfuur wachten op een pizza op maandag avond gaat me wel heel ver. Als je belt wordt de hoorn erop gegooit. Stond minimaal een halfuur dat het er bijna was.

I ordered a pizza with chorizo ​​about three weeks ago, but unfortunately, it was clearly out of date, so I left it after one bite. I called and told them we wanted a new one, and someone on the line promised a manager would call me back. I tried again half an hour later and got the same promise. I never called again and just made pasta bolognese. I never write long reviews, or even negative reviews at all. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but after years of being a regular customer, I found this service so terrible that it's worth writing a whole book about. I definitely won't be ordering again...

It was fantastic again!! We've eaten here twice now. The food is incredibly delicious and very well-prepared, and the staff are also very friendly!! Everything was great!

Welcome to Slop Palace! If you're a starving Afghan child, I'd definitely recommend it! The only downside was that the pickle on the burger was warmer than the burger itself. The wings were okay, and the burger had absolutely no flavor. It was ready quickly, but that would be the only positive. The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this would be ideal pig food. Respect to the staff who sacrificed their souls for this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, but that's understandable when your menu is made with the ingredients found in the trash at the supermarket the night before. The play area is good, though. The bread is good, but the pastries, cakes, and cookies are all way too sweet! Of course, it has to be sweet, but there are limits... as long as the sugar is sprinkled too liberally, we won't buy anything else here.
