I am posting a positive message to De Lekkerbek in Dokkum today, Sept. 4, 2026. Including great food, etc. And suddenly it gets deleted... ! ? ? I really don't understand that !

Pizza way too late, called a few times, spoken to rudely, and they just hang up.

Ordered a large kapsalon, specified in the comments that it should be without cheese. Received it with cheese anyway. Tried to call, but they were unreachable. Tried again the next day, and after a while someone finally answered. Explained the situation, but heard absolutely no customer-friendliness from them, and they didn't offer any options to help me further. Judging by the tone, it sounded like it was my own fault, but that was to be expected from these people.
