Over an hour and a half late, side dishes missing, poke bowls wrong, and there's a hair in my food. Don't order from here.

Sorry to say, but this was a real disappointment. First, they forgot the bottle of cola. Second, there was lettuce fried on the pita cheese; that's not right and it's not tasty. Third, the kapsalon: in my opinion, the lettuce (with onion, tomato, and cucumber) should be fresh and crispy and should be placed on the cheese after frying. Here, everything (except perhaps the lettuce) was covered in cheese or fried and limp. The frikandel and kipkorn were good, but due to the sloppy delivery and the strange preparation of the main courses, I still get one star.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered food from Taco Mundo's, and it was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. The food was poor quality, and I vomited shortly after eating. That's unacceptable and dangerous! You expect food to be safe, but that was clearly not the case here. I've completely lost all faith. I ordered a pizza and ice cream through home delivery at 10:15. As soon as we placed the order, I was immediately called because we were "out" of cheese. So I told them that was fine and that I'd call them back in a moment to see what I wanted. So I called back and was told they were out of ice cream too. This is just plain rude to take an order 15 minutes before closing. The guy at the counter was also not very customer-friendly; he hung up on me and asked if I could ask him anything about my money.

We paid a fortune for two half-warm croquettes and two sandwiches, with no other garnish. I wish I'd read the reviews before our visit. It happens regularly. And unfortunately, they don't learn from it. The staff is friendly! But they'll never see the four of us again.

I have never had such a disgusting burger and the fries taste like a child who has been soaked in detergent for 2 years.

Awful service, stood on their phones and chatting when we needed assistance. Food was not good at all and had to pay for basic condiments. No one asked us how the food was and if we needed anything. Horrendous experience as a couple visiting Amsterdam for the first time. Do not recommend.
