I'm so sorry, but what is this, Burger King??! I came to get a small burger with fries and Coke after an exhausting flight. I had asked for a Small Coke. Twister fries and a regular burger. First of all, it was just dumped on me, and because a straw was sticking out, I assumed it was Coke. They didn't say when it was ready. It turned out to be the fries and burger after all. In the end, my Coke wasn't included, and other people were already being served. I went back in line. There was a Large Coke for €5!!!! on my receipt. I indicated that it needed to be a small. That wasn't possible at all. Yes, I could get a small for the money of €5. I indicated that I would rather have my money back then. No, they didn't do that either! Oh well, sorry! The way they spoke to me was awful. The attitude of the person doing that. By the way, it wasn't the incredibly sweet guy at the cash register, but a wannabe manager who has no idea about customer service. If you have all the cups available, why *must* I order a large? And why can't things be turned back? I think that just means you don't feel like working. Also, everything was cold and dry! NEVER again here! And for everyone coming, skip this Burger King! €12.50 for a bag of Twisters as small as a small portion, a simple burger, and a ton of iced cola is not worth your money!!! Actually, 0 stars for this review would be more fitting!!

We ordered here 1.5 hours ago and only just received our food. We called the restaurant because we were starting to wonder where the food was. We called the restaurant and without saying anything, the man on the phone said "order on the way, coming soon." Very rude, without us having said or asked anything at all, or even what our address was. Once we received the food 1.5 hours later, it is truly inedible. The food is so tasteless, it is really not normal. The delivery driver was also very unfriendly; we went to greet him and the man didn't say anything back. It's just that you have to give at least 1 star, otherwise I would really say 0 stars. I do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Well over an hour and a half late, side dishes are missing, poke bowls are wrong, and there is a hair in my food. Do not order here.

There is no option for vegans. They probably don't know what filet o fish is. It isn't even on the menu. Very unfortunate. The location did look clean, though.

This Burger King has closed and moved to Droom 11 in Duiven. This is a nice new location near Ikea and Makro at Fast Food Village Duiven.

It is very tasty and hygienic, come here for the tastiest chicken.

Waiting 2.5 hours for delivery already… unprecedented. If you can't do something, don't do it!

I placed my order at 22:40 and didn't receive it until 01:05. The pizza crust was old, burnt, and the taste was really bad. I will never order from this place again.

Service was a disaster, food was okay.

90% of this kapsalon is fries, the rest is very oily substance they call meat. I don't recommend, unless you're dying from hunger. I won't order this again.

Waiting longer than I had to wait, food looks like poop

Ordered 2 pizzas at 16:50, they were supposed to be delivered between 17:21 and 17:36. Now at 19:33 still nothing!! Called, but they aren't answering the phone!! My husband drove over there,...are they just closed?!?! Well, I AM FURIOUS!!!

Veggie burger: bun, a bit of lettuce, cold falafel burger, bun. No sauce!! I asked for some avocado, and there was literally half an avocado sitting casually on the burger. And above all, it was freezing cold! When I asked to reheat it, the waitress simply reheated the burger by removing it from the bun! (And then when I called her, she didn't move, expecting me to get up and go to her.) The meat on everyone else's burger was bland and dry! Plus, with a couple of leaves of decidedly decorative lettuce on the side. At least one of the staff was kind, but the other lady wasn't responsive or even polite. It's a shame, because it's in a nice location and looks like a tidy place, but it's just a facade for tourism.

I don't recommend anyone go there, waiting 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and ONE CUP! That is really not normal!!!
