This is so NOT GOOD we ordered our food at 10:17 pm we were served our first appetiser at 11:21 so 1 hour after!!! This is not acceptable
We mostly order take away but also that takes forever from the kitchen!! We thought we could have a fun night but all was ruined by a bad kitchen service. If you need more people for kitchen or service then please hire more! The poor waitress tried her best but spending 150/200€ for no food it’s not NICE!! We just want OUR FOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice fusion food, small portions. The ataff is friendly but young and inexperienced. The setting is a bit forced hip, but cute enough. Try to get a spot by the canal window.

The staff is incredibly arrogant. Such a shame. I once wasn't helped when it was my turn because I was wearing earplugs. "Customers who call won't be served here," a somewhat older woman yelled. Excuse me? I wasn't even on the phone. I also once asked for two separate containers because I'd ordered quite a lot and wanted them wrapped separately to avoid crushing. "No, we always do it this way!" Terrible customer service! Please fix it!
The food was very tasty and fresh. We were surprised by the owner, who actually got us in from the entrance in Polish. 😃 He was a very nice man who treated us to hot "bread" at the house's expense. We highly recommend it!
Today ordered a delicious wok, quickly delivered by the delivery guy with scooter. Next time you will definitely get a tip from me, thank you very much.
Absolutely the most selfish takeout restaurant I've ever been to, in every way. They don't even bother to remind you that your order is ready, they help all the customers after you first, and then they simply let your food get cold without a single conscience. They're a bunch of sociopaths working there and they add absolutely nothing to our world. Isn't that what you do in the hospitality industry?
They don't care about the customers, will probably laugh in your face, and don't care about quality, their name, or their reputation.
I'm from Bims, and even there, I've never encountered such lazy, meaningless people as you guys, and that includes the gate and the heron forest.
The food was good, but we waited for over 3 hours (!!) to get our delivery. Called multiple times and every time they said they "just finished preparing" our food and were waiting for the delivery guy. No compensation whatsoever. Not worth the wait.
I've been ordering here for years and I don't recognize anything about it. The food has indeed become more expensive, but it's always delicious and the delivery is fast. Every now and then, it's a bit less, but that's about it.
The people are friendly and hardworking. I'm happy with it.
I don't know what the atmosphere is like at the company.

I ordered a pizza through Thuisbezorgd. After half an hour, I received a message that it would be delivered soon, but it actually took an hour and a half. I called and was told he'd be leaving in a few minutes. I didn't get my food until half an hour later. I thought there was way too much cheese on it. I asked for extra tomato sauce, but there was almost none.
It's a shame, but I don't think I'll order again.
I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. However, today I encountered a disagreement with a younger staff member regarding the size of my ice cream order. As you can see in the attached photograph, the portion on the left side of the image, which is mine, contains two scoops of ice cream, while the portion on the right side, which belongs to my friend, contains only one scoop. Despite this discrepancy, I was charged double the price for my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff member on duty, they responded in a sarcastic manner, stating that the size of my order was the standard portion. Given my history as a loyal customer, I found it concerning that the establishment was unusually empty during my visit, which is in contrast to its typical bustling atmosphere.
