The customer service is excellent, the girls are charming and polite, and the manager is always available and is a very helpful and friendly person, the store is perfectly tidy and beautiful and everything is very visible and close at hand.
In short, the best STACH in Amsterdam, a 10 out of 10 for them.
This is not a restaurant it’s an Asian grocery store take away place that makes Vietnamese takeaway food. Probably because it’s trendy, popular. The salad rolls are pretty ok. But we had a salad and sandwich also and it was not good. Tastes like the salad was made yesterday and the baguette of the sandwich was not fresh. Threw both away. Stick to the salad rolls. As the lady handed it to me she coughed in her hand. Oh dear. But it is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for
I bought a kapsalon, and the fries were literally cooked in an air fryer, so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to be ready. It's terrible. You really can't make a customer wait that long just because you're doing it in an air fryer. Disgraceful!
Really bad service , food came 1.5 hr late and freezing cold. I rang restaurant 5 times and they kept saying it would be there soon, terrible service do not order
I went to the weekend brunch in September last year and since then have been regularly checking their socials to see when they will be back.
The location was honestly perfect for visiting from outside of Amsterdam, as I could easily drive and park there.
The staff were very friendly and seem passionate about their work and food. We had a breakfast bowl, an arepa, and plantains with cheese. All of it was absolutely delicious, though the plantains in particular had a very rich taste. We can't wait to be back in the future.
I watched a handball match here in the sports hall. There's no daylight, and even in spring, it's sweltering inside, even for the spectators. Let alone having to play sports there. The bar, however, was cozy.
