Happy with a Starbucks at this station. A nice place to relax for a bit, or to wait for someone. Friendly staff and coffees just the way they should be.

You have to pay to go to the toilet

After a visit to Amsterdam, we stopped by here for a nice Pumpkin Spice Latte and White Chocolate Latte. On the flyer, the drinks looked very different from what we received. The presentation was disappointing, and my Pumpkin Spice Latte tasted mainly of warm milk. When I pointed this out at the counter, the response I received was: “Don’t pay attention to the appearance, it’s the contents that matter.” Unfortunately, both the presentation and the taste were disappointing. The photos speak for themselves.

Great relaxed atmosphere with excellent cappuccino. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't because the girl & the boy on this day started looking up things on a phone in the middle of preparing my cappuccino. It didn't take long, but honestly not what I find customer service. I come very often, and this happened 1 time. No disaster, but didn't make a 5 due to this mishap.

I have ordered here quite often and it always went well until today. I ordered a pizza and it arrived without a drink. The delivery driver called me right away asking to send me my address, which was very rude, even though my address was clearly listed in the order. He arrived at my house without a drink and responded very nonchalantly with, "Yeah, I'm not going to drive back to get your drink." I called, and the employee on the phone said they would only bring it if there was another order nearby, and there never was... no drink and no refund. Ridiculous!! Bad business.

The quality of the food is good; we had a delicious meal. The children, who are normally very picky, liked the ramen, udon, charsiu, and karaage. The staff are kind and attentive. Definitely worth a return visit!

I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I should share it with others. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. The woman working there told us it had been full just moments earlier, which felt difficult to believe. The toilet was very dirty, parts of the floor were sticky, and the overall hygiene standards seemed very low. The soup my friend ordered was extremely spicy but had almost no flavor. The spring rolls tasted like frozen products (which the owner later confirmed), and my curry was bland with overcooked chicken. The food was definitely not worth the price. When we politely explained that we were unhappy with the food, the conversation became tense and unpleasant. In the end, we received only a small discount and decided to pay just to avoid further conflict. I also found it confusing that the restaurant name on the sign was different from the one on the receipt. I will never go back there again!

Picked up food myself at Gochu. Food was strongly spiced but tasty. Was helped by a friendly owner. Good experience!

Rommel isn't what it used to be. They also sell spoiled meat; I got really sick from their meat.
