We got to the door and they said we were too drunk when we were almost sober. Really quite bizarre. This is a place you should never go to voluntarily. The people at the door are not nice. Bad karma for life. X
13€ for a cocktail which is a perfectly good price, but the strawberry daiqiri tasted way too sweet, was very small and felt like there was only syrup in it. Usually I get a cocktail like this that actually tastes like stale strawberries and more like slush. This one wasn't good. But the view was very nice towards the canal.
This was the worst experience and worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. The woman working there was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and shamelessly trying to scam us into paying for something we didn’t order. While we were trying to grap a couple of sandwiches to go and seeing our options we firstly chose 2 sandwiches but very soon after that before she even moves we requested a different one “instead” of one of the sandwiches that we had and we even pointed out which one we didn’t want anymore. After paying with card and before we even take the order we noticed that the amount we paid was ridiculously high so we asked for the receipt to find out that we were charged for an extra sandwich. When we talked to her that this is not what we ordered and requested a refund for the extra sandwich she refused to give us any money back. She even took the extra sandwich back to the shelf and asked us to leave without getting the money back and threatened that if we kept talking we are not gonna get any thing from the rest of the order that we had already paid for. She kept ignoring us and even called us liars and threatened to call the police. When we asked her to do so she retreated and said I don’t have time for this and still refused to give us our money back. So if you don’t want to get robbed off your money with such audacity and zero accountability , just don’t go there.
The only positive thing about that place was the decent Syrian guy who worked there and solved this issue so diligently within just a few minutes after wasting almost an hour with that scammer.
Listen to the other reviews and do not order delivery from this restaurant. We waited over 2 hours from placing our order with no updates from the staff through uber eats, it said it would take ~40 minutes. Attempted to call but would not go through. Since we couldn’t get ahold of them, we cancelled our order through uber support and ordered from somewhere else.
It eventually showed up and we didn’t know because we had no contact. Eventually was able to get it from hotel staff. The food was fine, but cold from the delay.
We had placed an order and something went wrong. After a phone call and explanation from our side, everything was made right. We even received a free order as compensation! The food was delicious and the staff treated us very nicely. Definitely worth repeating!
It says open till 4am what a lie. I walked 20min from my house to get something, get there slightly past 3am and I see entire place closed no way to enter. Amazing way to lie to a customer no thanks
It was busy, but no one was eating. Got strange vibes and quickly left this establishment for lunch elsewhere. Must be just me. But something wasn't right.
I have never seen such discrimination ... I went in and I talked turkish to the bartender and then when she knew I am Syrian she stopped immediately talking with me and served me the worst Kumpir -after more than 30 mins of waiting while i was 1st and the only in the row- I have ever eaten.... it has no cheese the chicken and the saus were not fresh.
I regret every penny i spend their. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it for what so ever.
