Absolutely no respect for customers. You stand there at the counter, and the woman in the kitchen acts like you don't exist, while the other worker is just eating in the kitchen where my food is being made. That's unacceptable, especially not in front of customers. She also throws a lot of pepper in your arepa even though you didn't ask for it, so the arepa went straight in the trash. 😒 You pay €22 for two half-cooked, poorly made arepas and two small quesillos. First time there, never again. A real waste of money, man. The food is just like their service.... TOTALLY BAD!

I don't like fast food, we stopped for a toilet.

They no longer exist (again), which was to be expected. In my opinion, the quality and service weren't good enough to compete with the many other sushi restaurants.

Tasty food, the fries are good, definitely recommended.

€1 for toilets that are worse than any filthy rest stop restroom. The food tastes as usual, but you lose your appetite after having relieved yourself in the toilets before eating.

I got food poisoning and i puked out the whole dish after 10 minutes. In my life i never had this before. Then i checked other reviews of people and a lot of them also had to vomit (it means ingredients are not fresh or cooked well). First time i ever got sick from uber eats, never again!!!!

Worthless!!! Food arrived soaking wet after 1.5 hours. Then laughed at by the “manager” on the phone… not recommended!!!!

What kind of company is this? Placed and paid for an order online, received a call within 10 minutes to cancel the order. Still no money back 3 weeks later and customer service is doing nothing.

Great sushi, the service is a bit makeshift, the place lacks atmosphere. But I go there for the delicious sushi.

Spent 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. 15 minutes just to be able to order. Lady at the counter takes orders one by one so no one is waiting for their food but there is a large line at the counter, and the lady keeps trying to upsell sauces even when you say no

Absolutely incredible experience at Pizzeria Della Casa! We ordered both pizza and pasta, and everything exceeded our expectations.

We placed an order here for the first time last weekend, but unfortunately, it was an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered around 6:00 PM and were told that the order would be delivered about an hour later. We thought that was fine; it was busy, so we understood that completely. But after more than an hour, nothing had been delivered yet. So we decided to give them a call. We were told that it was very busy, but that the order would be arriving soon. Eventually, the order was only delivered after waiting for over two hours. You expect to finally be able to enjoy a nice meal, but unfortunately, the food was completely cold upon arrival. We called again and were told once more that it was very busy. As a solution, they offered to keep the receipt so that the next order would be free. Of course, that is of little use at that moment. In the end, we just heated up and ate the food ourselves, because after waiting for over two hours, you get pretty hungry by then. Unfortunately, all three of us developed severe stomach problems afterwards. All in all, a very disappointing first experience. An extremely long delivery time, cold food, and then all three of us had stomach problems after eating. For me, this is therefore the first and last time I will order from here.

Ordered food, didn't receive it. Turns out the place is closed. Drove there and they are moving to Rotterdam. Watch out, because you can still order and pay via the website, but you won't receive anything. It used to be a nice place.
