Ridiculous. 18€ of Frozen pizza… that’s all.
Being Italian I can tell the pizza was frozen and the chef couldn’t tell me how he made the pizza. Not even Italian, for sure. Please do not call that “pizza”, it’s not respectful for my country.
A real disappointment: fries from the day before, cote a l’os on the grill... I don't think so, judging by the look of it??? At a price of €45, that is a bit overpriced for this quality. The staff is dripping with friendliness. You pay €170 and they can't even manage a thank you.
Terrible service, or rather, no service at all. First, you sit waiting upstairs for a while, and eventually we just walked to the cashier ourselves to place our order. Then we had to carry our coffees etc. (four drinks) upstairs ourselves via a much too narrow staircase. Another downside is that you can't pay with cash, which really should be possible. The wait time before you get the food is incredibly long, and the cook... he wasn't exactly sociable either. And oh yes, the price-quality ratio is not in proportion to what you get! So I would absolutely NOT eat here. A waste of money.
Amazing place to study and relax! There is a very nice ambience and a fire place! The food is alright, depending from which section you order. But overall the drinks are good and the prices are decent
Too sad for words.
1. Pushy owner, who asked ten times if we wanted a drink.
2. The food was more microwave-safe than restaurant-quality.
3. The meat wasn't cooked through.
4. The dessert was very small.
5. The carpaccio tasted like a watery dishcloth.
6. Far too much parsley on the meat.
7. The wine glasses were still dirty.
8. Traces of Parmesan cheese were visible on the bread roll with the tomato soup.
9. The interior was shabby and lacking any decoration.
In short, this establishment lives up to its name, because it's a complete SCAMpi.
What a joke! Every cent you pay (and that's quite a lot) is one too many!
The customer service is truly incredibly bad. And believe me, we weren't the only ones with complaints. My apology: the kitchen is busy. Come on, we had to make reservations in time slots. You know how busy it's going to be.
The end result of what should have been a pleasant memory: 8 of the 9 people were served. After asking six times where the ninth dish was, we decided to go get something else.
Of course, we didn't pay the entire bill, but it wasn't worth a cent.

Simply always good. You often see bad reviews at these kinds of fast-food restaurants and hamburger joints. Often one star because they forgot something or something like that. You don't see good reviews because they're not specific restaurants. I've been here several times or had it delivered, and it's always good.
I paid for my food at Burger King, but if I want to wash my hands, I have to pay again just to use the bathroom. Seriously? Charging customers for basic hygiene after you’ve already paid for a meal is beyond ridiculous. This is not just poor service—it’s insulting. A fast-food restaurant should provide clean restrooms as part of the dining experience, not treat them like an extra luxury. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great place for a drink and a dance.
Just overzealous glass collectors who take away your glass and pitcher at events (with a deposit) faster than you realize. Nice extra revenue stream.
A bit of a shame.
