We wanted to try typical Dutch food, very happy with what we tasted and the good service from the staff.

We weren't seated right away, even though there were seats, but they hadn't cleared them. It was 8:00 PM and all the tables were reserved. Heh-heh, another couple arrived after us. Now about the food. The lobster bisque was simply amazing! The corpaccio started with mayonnaise, but we asked for it with olive oil. It felt like everything was made separately: the meat, the Parmesan, the arugula, and the olive oil, the pine nuts were delicious. And now the main thing: the ribeye and potatoes with a creamy (mayonnaise) garlic sauce. The ribeye was a C, but the potatoes weren't even served with mayonnaise. A purely tourist restaurant, like in Rome!!!

Probably my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam! Great food, great service, nice sharing concept, I would recommend it over and over again!

Nice place. Both fondues were pretty flavorful. They don't look like much, but they're a good individual portion. The bread was quite lacking, but the accompaniments were pretty good. The service was quick and friendly. We spent 80 euros for two people.

The pancakes were wonderfully fluffy, and you could tell they were freshly made. The toppings were also fantastic. I think there's something for everyone, whether you prefer sweet or savory. The staff was very friendly and explained again what was included with the pancakes. I would definitely recommend Madame Pancake 😊

We come back here every year for Boxing Day dinner. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere with affordable food. Highly recommended!

Amsterdam has so much amazing international food, that we never considered Dutch d Food. Thank god on our last meal we tried this place. It was great, probably the best escargots we have ever had, great ribs and venison. Skip the mussels. Service was great and atmosphere too.

We visited this place as four girls during our Amsterdam trip to try their famous apple pie. The café was very crowded, but the staff member who greeted us immediately showed us an empty table upstairs. Since one of my friends didn’t want to try anything, the three of us ordered two apple pies to share so we could also taste other desserts. We weren’t planning to stay long anyway, as the place is quite small. In the middle of the crowd, the man who seemed to be the owner suddenly came up to us and shouted, “So you’re four people eating only two pies?” At first we thought he was being sarcastic, but it was simply rude. While we were still trying to understand if he was joking, the woman who had seated us came over with the pos machine, clearly wanting us to pay and leave. They basically didn’t like our order and asked us to pay right away. I told her that if they had mentioned at the beginning that we needed to order more due to the crowd, we would have happily done so. We paid quickly and left, and as we were walking out, we even heard them say “internationals ” behind us. Although the apple pie was delicious, their attitude completely ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great, cozy pub in a local neighborhood. We had some beer and bitterballen and cheese rolls, and finished it with great genefer. Love it. .

If you find yourself craving Chipotle come here ! really fresh and healthy food Staff is really nice

Went here with my uncle. Chef was very hostpital and social. Made us feel at home. He recommended mushroom sauce with our mix grill platter and this was a very good recommendation. The whole platter was cooked to perfection. Absolutely great place to eat
