Apollolaan 2, Noord-HollandWe came back to the hotel super hungry and asked when their kitchen closed. They said 10 so I said what is fast that we can order in 5 minutes since we are starving and she said nothing we are actually not taking orders anymore even though she just told me the kitchen was still open. She kept going back and forth on what she was saying. Literally 0 customer service. The person at the desk also said it should be open until 10 but it’s still subjective. room service was open until 11 apparently but the app was also not working. Then room service wasn’t working on the app. These people are lazy and don’t like to do their job.

Utrechtsestraat 109-111, Noord-HollandI wasn't impressed with the apple pie. There were so many hard core pieces (which you can't chew and therefore have to swallow or spit out) that I didn't enjoy eating it much. Poor quality, a shame.
