Hello. I want to report a situation from last Thursday night. There was a an event for second hand toys market at the bar, organized with time in advance. One guy was handling the toys in a very disturbing and disrespectful way, making fun that 'how people could like big sized toys' and we simple asked him if he was interested in buying to make him return the toy, and he told us he works at the bar (I think he is polish) and that we should be paying a him a percentage for selling the toys. I think he was trying to make a joke out of it but I was disrespectful because the date was scheduled properly and not as an improvised sell. The bar itself is ok, but this experience leads to a bad review, specially because the personal should be trained to address people in a better way and attitude and respect others kinks tribes. For common sense, is a gay bar.

Great food but really slow service. There was only one person behind the counter dealing with both in person customers and online orders.

Really disappointing experience at La Catrina. The food was literally tasteless and had a strange flavour, almost like it had been sitting in a fridge. The tacos were cold and soggy, with water leaking from the tomatoes, and the rice in the burrito was extremely dry and hard, almost like sand. Even the jalapeno tasted old. We threw away around 80% of the food because we simply couldn’t eat it. A complete waste of money and time that really ruined our day. Very disappointing 😕 I definitely don’t recommend going there

I have been coming here for years and recommend it to many friends. I usually order the large kapsalon mix, but that is a matter of personal preference. The people are super nice and always welcome you with a smile. I have never had a bad experience here; definitely a top spot to keep visiting if you are hungry.

Friendly service from the get go, Oficina is a cute brunch spot that only opens on the weekend so booking ahead is definitely recommended. We tried few savory and sweet dishes from their menu and everything was delicious, thoughtful and seasonal. Their pumpkin Basque cheesecake with miso caramel sauce was so I still remember to this day. They also have a very extensive list of tea but I got coffee and it turned out to be lukewarm but I just asked for the 2nd one to be hotter

With genuine enthusiasm, passion, and a special sense of hospitality, everything radiated the fact that they truly enjoy their work here. The courtesy, personal attention, and warm approach ensured that we didn't just feel like guests, but truly welcome and pampered. The food was also exquisite and made the evening complete. All in all, it was a wonderful experience where atmosphere, culinary quality, and genuine hospitality came together in a natural way. A heartfelt compliment to the entire team. You made our evening special and sent us home with a very pleasant feeling. We will be happy to return!

It’s a great restaurant/takeout with reasonably priced food which tastes great

I ordered Taliolino based on the staff recommendation and it was great. Lovely atmosphere, decoration and nice location beside Amstel river.

The gentleman who owns the place is so friendly and cooked us a really nice breakfast. Our breakfast was huge but delicious. Great coffee as well. Highly recommended this place.
