I had an amazing salmon pasta served by a very welcoming and friendly Aisha :) the view for business district is great! totally recommended for high quality food in reasonable price

The staff is very friendly and hardworking. Jan is a very good delivery driver and deserves a raise.

Ordered food, waited 2.5 hours without any message. The delivery person finally arrived, the entire trunk of the scooter containing just one soup with all my dishes that my family and I had been waiting for. Called the restaurant and they only say you will get your money back. No other solution to urgently provide my family with food. Ridiculously bad service & I will never order from here again!!!!!!

We came to this bar and ordered an espresso and a mint tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet costs €2. The waiter brought me mint leaves in hot water instead of tea and charged me €4.50 for it. In total, it cost us €9. The man claimed that paying by card cost €1 more. He, who spoke excellent English, pretended not to understand when I pointed out that I wasn't served tea. Furthermore, the bar smelled musty and of cigarettes, and my phone, which was on the table, almost got stuck to it! I do not recommend it!!!

The order was wrong for the 3rd time; the fries arrived cold and soggy after I ordered them. The snacks were also lukewarm, and the croquette looked like it had been deep-fried twice. When I called, I was told I could have picked it up myself… I will never order from here again.

Nice location, completely worthless waiters. Took half an hour to get a sandwich and an omelet.

The service is top-notch and the food is delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about, you can go there with your eyes closed!

Ordered through Just Eat and waited almost 2 hours for my food to arrive. I called the restaurant three times for updates. The first time I was told it would be 10 minutes, the second time 4 minutes, and the third time I was told the driver was outside. Then they tried to blame me for entering the wrong address, saying I’d put number 8 instead of number 1. I clearly entered City Den correctly and even included my phone number in the delivery notes, so there was no excuse. When the food finally arrived, it was still hot and smelled great, so I thought at least the wait would be worth it. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The container was mostly rice with maybe five small pieces of chicken, and I was charged €30.38 for it. It felt like a complete rip-off. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt I had to. It’s nearly 1am, I’ve waited hours for my food, spent over €30, and I’m going to bed still hungry. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I came here to have a nice time with my family, but I didn't really like it here. The food was great, but the service was a bit soggy. We told the waiter that our grandma died in a car accident and he said, "I've seen a lot of videos in Brazil of people dying." Okay, I guess?
