De beste restaurants in Amsterdam

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent, high-quality food. Kudos to the chefs. All the ingredients are genuine. I saw the kitchen with my own eyes, and it was clean. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The view of the lake is stunning, and you can eat inside or outside. The place is very spacious, even for large parties. I recommend everyone come here at least once!

I ordered a hamburger with fries, and honestly, it was one big joke. No sauce, no seasoning — just the cheapest frozen patty imaginable. A plain “meat” patty with a slice of low-quality cheese between two of the cheapest store-bought buns, with absolutely nothing else. Completely dry and tasteless. The fries were okay, that’s the only positive thing I can say. I left more than half of the food on the plate. To make it worse, the waiter still asked for a tip. When I told him I definitely wouldn’t tip today, he just replied: “Maybe next time.” I really don’t understand how a restaurant of this type can serve something like this. I haven’t been this disappointed by food in a long time.

We stopped here thanks to the kindness of the waiter called Minne. I chose English breakfast for my lunch, everything was delicious. I recommend it and I am fully satisfied.

Not recommended! The pasta was very bland and prepared in the simplest way possible. It had absolutely no flavor. On top of that, the prices are high… I paid €18 for gnocchi with tomato sauce (not even with fresh basil on top as described on the menu)! A Coke costs €6. The ambiance is nice, but the tasteless food makes it unsuitable.

The staff’s behaviour was super inappropriate. Right after finishing my meal he came over and told me angrily twice “go if you’re done!”. I was about to drink my water. I will not be returning to this restaurant! The place was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The food was average but slightly undercooked.

Worst organizing ever! I went to the first branch to see a note “we will serve you at the other branch” so i went there to find another note with we are closed at 4:00 PM???

Well placed near main museums this is a good indonesian restaurant inespensive but clean and well managed worth a visit

A little small. But it has a very local feel. Great coffee spot.

Just a great spot. No hipster shit. Just an old skool Amsterdam bar. If you’re in a hurry or your soy latte takes too long? Go to Marcella.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and they were better in the past. However, I still give them a 4-star rating because the food and service was simply good. I enjoyed my moksi meti, bakeljauw & telo, and roti kip speciaal. It was still good!

Everything was fine. I would suggest baklava with ice cream

Dirty tables, food slow, not arriving at same time, items missing. Expensive. Burger meat not nice, on a weird bun. Shoarma patat, very little shoarma. And so on. I really love the look of this place, and really want this restaurant to be nice. But currently, that’s not it.
