The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff in Utrecht were so friendly. I truly had the best experience for my first time eating hotpot! Definitely recommended!!
I had a delicious spicy chai latte with a shot of espresso. They had several types of plant-based milk. The staff were very friendly, and there was a nice atmosphere. It felt like a living room!
You do not get what Zaferuw give you anywhere else! The food is not just a food, it is a combination of the love and persian cooking skills of the very kind cook. The experience of being in this restaurant is extraordinary. Do not take my word for it, just go and taste it yourself.
Whisk(e)y-focused cocktail bar on river level (werftkelder) with barrel-aged cocktail options and a small but very good snack menu. Also one of the few places where you don't have to ask for water - it's already at each place. Recommended.
This is more than eating food, this is about being enveloped within the experience of food. The mix of guests adds to the experience, but the star has to be the food. The flavours and textures combine to excite and tease, incredible. All delivered by a focused team in an unbelievable setting. This is a must for global food travellers who are lucky enough to have been told where to go.
Best pizzas we've had in the Netherlands, real Napolitan. The special of the month was Norma with super crunchy friend aubergine. As a cheese-lover, I would prefer the ricotta in another format and not grated. The pizza vagabond has the best meatballs we've ever tried. Even if a meatball pizza might sound heavy, it's light and the meatballs are so tender to eat. The homemade lemonade tasted very healthy but too bitter to our taste, wouldn't have it again. We highly recommend ordering the vagabond tomato sauce to dip your crust, very tasty and you can feel pieces of tomato, definitely homemade. The restaurant is very small with only a few tables, so we recommend booking in advance. The kitchen is just behind the tables. We'll definitely be back whenever we want some good pizza and try their popular desserts. The staff are very nice and accommodating, Italian. Special mention to the nice set-up in the bathroom where instead of paper to dry your hands, they have individual hand towels fresh for each use that you throw on a basket once you've used it. Great sustainabile and hygienenic initiative.
We ordered a few things to share: the Pahari Chicken, Butter Paneer Masala, and Masala Chap. Each dish was a knockout. The chicken was unbelievably tender, and the paneer and chap were so rich and flavorful they literally melted in my mouth. It's clear that Chef Sachin has some kind of magic in his hands. Every bite was an explosion of flavor and left me wanting more.
Beyond the amazing food, the experience was made even better by the staff. They were absolutely perfect—attentive, friendly, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The place is also incredibly kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy a great meal without any stress. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
