1 star is still too much; this station is chronically the most expensive in the wider area. The refueling bays are narrow, and sometimes you can barely get in or out of your car. The parking lot is always too busy because it has become more of a food station than a gas station. There is no service, replaced by a self-checkout till to boost the profit margin even further. The Esso “on the other side” of the A1 is a breath of fresh air compared to this Shell. Update: literally every negative review is answered with: “unfortunately, we cannot contact you via Google Review, please share your complaint via etc.” How is that possible? The mere fact that you are typing that surely means you can contact me. But no, I have to go to Shell’s corporate channels to share feedback. It is exemplary of their customer-oriented attitude.

Fibey friendly and great food. Service is awesome and staff is very attentive. Go for the loaded fries, you will not be disappointed 😋 😉

The guys take care of the ventilation of the cargo space.

Yesterday I ordered Foe Yong Hai, when I got home I opened the container and I didn't know what it was, but it was a bowl of meat with sauce, a little vegetables and hardly any egg, it had almost no taste, not tasty.

We had a really great all-you-can-eat meal, with delicious and tasty dishes for a ridiculously low price. The quality was good, absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was extremely friendly. I really don't understand the many bad reviews; it's simply excellent! Especially try the sacry scampi, they're truly delicious.

We have been coming to this place for years. Yesterday, our visit was quite disappointing. The staff was slow and uninterested, tables were not cleared, and the bakery display looked messy. The food was okay, but nothing more than that. This place is going downhill. A shame.

Despite the crowds (funeral) I was helped fairly quickly.

The chicken pesto sandwich and chicken kapsalon are very tasty. The fries are crispy and the chicken is well seasoned. Keep up the good work.

It's ridiculous just grabbing some fries €3.25 for mayonnaise and ketchup is really pricey. The menu consisted of lean chicken nuggets with almost no filling. Total €12.00, next time I'll just fry them at home

Idk if it’s a Dutch thing but the staff here are sooooooo nice

We were a group of about 15 people who just wanted to enjoy a few drinks after work. We moved a couple of tables together, the waiter saw us and didn’t say a word. Then the manager came over with an attitude and said, “Next time, be polite and ask before you move the tables,” and immediately walked away. This was rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Instead of managing the situation with respect, she chose to make it unpleasant for her own customers. If you value good service and a positive atmosphere, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

One of my go to pizza places in Utrecht!! The quality of the food is amazing, it feels like you are eating from a restaurant in Italy. The pizzas and the tiramisu are amazing!! Lovely staff as well.
