Bad service and false guarantees! ("Not satisfied? Money back" is an empty promise) Unfortunately, the bad experience started even before the birthday: prior to placing the order, I tried calling them every day for 4 days with an important question about my child's allergies, but no one ever answered. My emails regarding this also went unanswered. I took the gamble anyway and ordered a unicorn cake, but it turned out to be of dramatic quality: the filling was nowhere to be found, the cake was incredibly dry, and the cake was extremely disappointing, which significantly affected my daughter's birthday. On their website, they prominently advertise "Not satisfied? Money back!", but when you actually invoke this, it turns out to be a complete sham. First, they come up with excuses, and then they demand that you physically send back a cut and since-thrown-away product or take it to Utrecht (even though nowhere in their terms and conditions does it state that this is a strict requirement for their guarantee). Ultimately, after clear evidence and photos, they stop responding to emails altogether and refuse to refund the purchase amount. There is absolutely no question of either accessibility or customer friendliness here. Highly not recommended!

Food has little choice in my opinion. Very friendly service. Loud music and generally very noisy.

Very dissatisfied with this restaurant. The card machine was forgotten or malfunctioning. The pizza is cold, and the worst part is waiting 30 minutes and still no pizza.

I absolutely advise against ordering from this company. The delivery driver stole our order. He was about to arrive and indicated that the order had been delivered, even though he hadn't even been near our house. Please do not order from here.

Incredible! I came to this magnificent restaurant, and honestly, I have nothing but praise. I think it's the best meat I've ever eaten in any restaurant in the world, I'm not even exaggerating. I recommend it 100%! We're not from the country at all, but the staff makes an effort to communicate with us, which is really great. I'll definitely come back just for this restaurant 😂

I ordered from them and they never delivered. I placed my order, they closed the restaurant, and it's impossible to contact them to find out where the delivery driver is. They just want to steal from their customers; don't risk eating or ordering from them.

The meal salad at €16 was more of a side dish than a main course. Very minimal. The beer had probably only been in the fridge for an hour, so it wasn't fully cold. The staff listened to everything but took no further action. I won't be coming back here.
